The beach front restaurant is fantastic, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the rooms are big, very comfortable, and clean. The beach front location is quiet and just a short walk to the more lively beach areas. The hotel grounds and rooms are spectacular, with a very comfortable bed, TV with English channels, luxurious bathroom, and ice-cold air conditioning. The location is perfect, just a 4-minute bicycle ride from the main party area, close enough but nice and quiet, right opposite turtle beach where guests can swim with wild turtles every day.

The hotel needs renovating, the pool was a little run down, the pool closes at 7pm each night, the swimming pool is small, and there are not a lot of options for breakfast. The bed is basically a block of wood, really uncomfortable, the bathroom is very dated and needs a new shower, and the grounds are nothing like the photos. The personal could be more polite, the coffee was bad, and the pool closes at 6pm. The gardens were not as lush as the photos, and the beach area feels a little cramped, but that is just a minor issue.
