Parking could have been better, no big deal, we arrived late!
It was clean and comfortable . I liked that it had things you might forget like a razor , sewing kit, toothbrush , ect.
Not enough seating area at breakfast.
Convenient drive from there to the funeral I was attending the next morning. Easy check out
Parking fee and got the very last parking spot at night
Location if hotel And cleanliness.
the pool looked deceptivly large on the website. It was basically a giant hot tub. The staff was not accommodating. I wanted an earlier check in @ 2:15, I had three small children and apparently no rooms were clean. The breakfast was shady at best and not much room. I had to take the food into my room. This is the last Best Weatern I stay in.
Great Location for the Convention Center, lots of restaurant's in the area, and the comp. breakfast was good
The comp. breakfast should be extended to 10:30AM , Refrigerator in rooms would be good improvement. The coffee pot and ice bucket should not be kept in the bathroom, its unsanitary
clean & great location
THe undisclosed fee to park at hotel. $10 a night which was never disclosed on either website, NOT RIGHT!!!!
The rooms were spacious and very clean.
My experience seems to continue. Each time I book a room through a web booking service the hotel puts us in the worst room possible. Basically, they treat you like scum. Guess I'll just book direct with the hotel and hope for a better experience in the future. Goodbye KAYAK, et al.
The place close to convention center
The extra fee for parking
Good location, walking distance to shops, civic center, restaurants, and harbor. Good comfortable bed.
the bed was comfortable but the pillows were not! Bathroom was pretty clean but towels were scarce (one hand towel, washcloth) ..
At arrival we found out that parking was additional-we were told $10 but upon leaving, we were charged $20. Required an additional pre-paid 'deposit' for possible destruction of room refunded if they feel like it. Other than bed, only chair available was not functional. Ottoman worked, I suppose. Will not be returning even though it was clean. Rooms are very small. No mini fridge, No blanket. Room doors all over the place are slamming all the time. Oh! breakfast made us both sick~My husband is still not right~! We stayed at another hotel in Sept. in same general area, paid about $10 more, it was altogether different-in a positive way.
