Pros (+) Walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and the convention center area. Recently remodeled hotel. I've stayed here twice and it's a good value, clean, and comfortable. Nice enough to take your wife, but it's not fancy. It's possible to find street parking instead of paying the $15/night hotel parking.

Pros (+) Location was great. 15 minute walk to the Pike and waterfront location. Close to restaurants, and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and plenty of parking.

Pros (+) The hotel is clean and the rooms look modern and up to date. The location in downtown Long Beach is pretty central if you want to be in Long Beach.
Cons (-) Two double beds instead of two queens, lots of sound traveling between rooms, not a very good shower, room was on the smaller side, check-in issues were an annoyance and were due to staff's actions. Price quite high for what we got.
