Pros:Good value for the price. good location. The hotel is close to the boardwalk, casual, no fuss. they did a good job keeping it clean, which I'm sure it's not easy to do since the hotel is quite old and outdated. We were fine with it, in fact, we will be back next weekend.
Cons:Maybe refrigerators in the rooms would be nice.

Pros:Location- 5 min walk to the beach.
Cons:There is a strong musty odor when you walk in. The staff is rude, curt, and unprofessional. We asked for towels on our second evening there after being at the beach all day and were told “no”- when we asked why we were that since the maids had gone home, they (front desk) has no access to the towels. We asked if there is anything they can do- they told us to wait til the morning to shower....we asked if we can get a couple of beach towels (there’s a door labeled beach towels right behind the desk)- the girl said no but she can give us a “foot towel”. What’s a foot towel?? Our room stunk. Everything is old. Only a couple of the bulbs worked in the bathroom... I’m sure I’m missing more...
