The heat didn’t work in the room. They tried fixing it causing interruptions in our stay. And after we were settled for a few hours and it was getting late they asked us to move rooms .
great location and beautiful lobby and entrance. people seemed friendly. They seem to do the best they can with the age of the building. It’s a clean and well maintained hotel.
the rooms are small which is understandable. It’s an old building. You can’t sit easily on the toilet because of the size. That’s a problem. For. 90 bucks a night that would be ok, but i paid over 200 in the off season. The carpeting in hallways is old. some reno’s would help them justify the price.
Tiny room. Bathroom sink water splashed on clothes. Room not serviced one day. Had to go to desk two days for towels or washcloths. No room in bathroom to put out toothpaste, brush etc.po
Difficult parking, poor water pressure in shower.
Room was too bare. Could have had some extra shelves in the bathroom.
