Cons (-) reception was not clearly not willing to check us in as he was not in a mood to work...we were traveling with a toddler and we booked a hotel through online receptionist clearly refuse to check in as his system was down and didnt except our online as he claims that he doesnt trust online booking he clearly said to go anyother hotel....however i noticed system was working he just didnt want to work...
