I like the environment. It was quiet, comfortable and warm. The King size bed was awesome.
they charge the bottle water, come on!
It was clean and attractive.
The public spaces and my room were too cold. I couldn't reset the thermostat.
Average hotel. I chose the hotel for a weekend stay after noting that it is listed as a 4-star hotel. I am not sure how these a ratings a made but relative to all the hotels that I have stay in, this Sheraton is likely only meeting the bare minimum of the criteria to maintain a 4-star rating. Average room
Very poor customer service. It took over half an hour to check in to a hotel that was already paid for online.
located near LAX so convenient for meeting or overnight stay for flight itinerary
Service exceedingly slow at the desk and in the restaurants. Had to ask for food 3 times before served. Desk personnel super slow - only two working and very inefficient. Took over 30 minutes to check 4 people in! Room clean but showerhead set for hobbit height. I am only 5'9" and it was at chest level. Sink fixtures loose.
Everything was perfect. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Cater to your everyneed. Rooms were very nice especially the view of the city.
Nothing I didn't like.
Excellent hotel for the business and leisure traveler needing easy access to LAX. We would stay there again.
Close to Airport
Not impressed. I've stayed in economy hotels with rooms that were better equipped. Its 2015 everyone needs to charge some sort of device, there is no phone charger/outlet by bed night stand. These outlets are usually at the base of a lap or something... The first outlet I tried on a wall would not hold the charger plug, the plug would just fall out of the outlet. Very nice... I did find a working outlet behind a chair. Our 16 year old son was traveling with us so we needed a room with 2 queen beds. The mattresses must be original to the hotel. The springs on our sons bed would squeak at the slightest movement. Both beds did not have comforters, so we had to call the front desk to bring some up. The service was prompt. The thermostat is outdated and difficult to use, also not lit which makes it impossible to adjust in the middle of the night without turning on a light. I guess Im the first person who has ever needed to adjust a thermostat at night. Lamps are not run by a wall switch. So if you check in late you have to walk into a dark room and head straight for the lamp. Also nice... No fridge. Not a $369.00 room by any stretch... Way over priced!!!
Everyone was professional and very helpful.
There was nothing I founded.
Comfy bed - clean bathroom and nice view - staff was very friendly all the way around and we had a quiet night and slept great which is important to us - overall it was a great stay and nothing to complain about !!
At 10pm, the hotel was able to relocate us to a new room with no fuss that was much quieter.
We were located next to a very noisy group, even at 10pm. Not sure how thick the walls are, but they were yelling and having a grand old time.
I pay for parking I should be free if u guest at hotel?

Cost was a bit high due to the fact it's going through a renovation

The great Italian restaurant--Papparazi, the beautiful pool and jacuzzi, the comfortable rooms, Starbucks on premises, the concierge who scheduled massages for my daughter and me. All in all, a wonderful experience.
