The room had a mildew smell. The air didn't work. I was moved to another that was not what I booked. It was horrible: ((
The staff was unfriendly. The doors didn't lock when you left the room. Nothing was clean. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. I was given a room someone was already staying in.
LEAVING ! :-\
The beds were absolutely the most awful I've ever seen.
There was nothing good about this motel. I was discusting.
Everything. It was so dicusting I couldnt sleep. I would like my money back.
I did not like waking up at 3:45am with a huge roach crawling in my body. Nothing about this place is admit appears on the Priceline site. Priceline charged me XXX to stay in a motel that has a sign outside tht the same room was XXX Shame on Price
Nothing. It was a rat hole. Smelly. Nasty.
Stained walls. nothing updated. dirty tvs.
About 8 miles from downtown dallas, wifi was bad unless you are next to the router, free parking was nice, breakfast only includes cereal, thin sheet and comforter, kind of old but works
Oh my Gosh! In 40 years of traveling, in some really awful towns in the US and in Asia, I've never experienced a hotel as bad as this one. The service was NON-EXISTANT. I had to show my driver's license to a guy that hardly spoke english stationed behind bullet-proof glass. I guess the glass was necessary based on the surrounding neighborhood (don't go out after dark). When I got to the room, the door wouldn't lock, so I had to block it shut. The room was so dirty that I refused to use the bathroom. The TV didn't work. I laid down on the filthy bedspread for a couple hours sleep, but eventually got up and went back to my car to sleep. If you're interested in experiencing a 'prisoner of war camp' environment, this is your hotel!!!
This isn't a fancy, full-service hotel; the beds were fine, rooms were clean, staff was friendly. For the rate it couldn't be beat, I'll definitely stay here again when in town next month.
