South Seas offers plenty of modern amenities to give guests the true South Beach experience. Mornings start with a complimentary breakfast, which is served on the terrace. For those headed to the beach, the property provides chairs, towels, and umbrellas. There is also a sparkling pool for those that do not wish to spend the day on the sand. In the evenings, there is a wine and cheese hour, or the beachfront cafe can provide dinner.

Guests at South Seas will find water bottles in their rooms upon arrival. All of the rooms are non-smoking, and there is a concierge service provided. Valet parking can be provided for a fee, and there are also laundry and dry-cleaning services available. The business center and meeting room are available for those that are not in town on pleasure. Plus there is a heated swimming pool with a poolside cafe to keep guests occupied. In the beachside garden, there is a hammock grove for true relaxation. Plus, guests can have packages delivered to the front desk if needed.

The rooms are decked out in classic beach colors like salmon and various shades of blue. The orchid flower arrangements give the entire space a very luxurious vibe. Lots of space for guests to stretch out, plus the rooms can provide either a beach or a pool view. The modern bathrooms include a plush bathrobe and a hairdryer. Guests will find a Keurig coffee machine and an in-room safe for their valuables. Some rooms are ADA accessible.
