Establishments for eating were within walking distance. Hotel also had a venue.Newly remodeled.

Valet guy was creepy and intrusive
The staff...right off the bat the valet, Nick I think, was awesome...Lisa at the desk and right on down the line we were well taken care of.
The pool was empty...it is Feb I guess
All in all, exactly what one hopes for in an upscale, well situated, well run place. Stupidly expensive breakfast etc...but all else as one expects.
Very good location for anyone who needs to be near the Vanderbilt area. Downtown Nashville is less than five minutes away as well. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and amenities are good for the price and star range.
Nothing major, the hotel is a good option.
The shuttle service was fabulous. They take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius. We utilized this service several times to go to the Broadway area for shopping and dining. Loved the 'starbucks' in the lobby. Friendly staff. Clean. Updated.
parking garage is a little snug! Big cars beware. Pool and hot tub would have been nice! They might consider utilizing a seasonal enclosure for their outdoor pool.
