Clean, compact room. Great location -- downtown near Fulton St. Subway, City Hall Park, Brooklyn Bridge, Battery Park. Nice lobby, helpful staff.
The room is cramped, especially for two people -- no place to put the coffee maker, so it sits on the window ledge under dusty drapes. We were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again.
The location of this hotel was excellent. Very close to a major subway station, cafes/restaurants on your doorstep and major tourist attractions all in walking distance.
The only negative aspect was the size of the rooms. At the end of the day we just needed a place to sleep which worked out ok.If personal space matters to you then don't go for this hotel as the rooms were small, however, the location of this hotel is excellent ( walking distance to subway, restaurants and major tourist attractions) and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Manhattan can be very pricey to stay in so if you just need a safe and clean place to sleep at night, this hotel is perfect. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Not a lot of space ...small roomThe hotel is clean but very small. It's great if you are just needing a bed for the night but it's a no frills kind of place.
Good location, close to subway and to financial area. Staff very friendly. Shower was very good.
Room too small. Public spaces are very tight.
The location was great: all subway lines were available there. Also, a very clean room and shower
No breakfast (of discount for breakfast in the hotel's restaurant for the hotel guests). Toilets in lobby were not clean. Finally, car services to JFK airport was too expensive (65$).A quiet, clean hotel in Wall street. The area is quiet and safe and can be reached by almost all subway lines, even late at night. Room is equipped with everything that's necessary: coffee machine, TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and king size beds. Rooms are very clean and convenient. The stuff is nice and helps with everything needed.
Room and location
Public spaces.Good hotel. Good location.
Great staff who went way out of their way to be helpfulI stayed one night for a meeting. The staff recommended a great restaurant and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. The room was comfortable and well furnished. The Air conditioner had the room chilly which was welcome after a hot day in the City. Had breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel, very nice. Recommend highly
The location of this hotel is very convenient, the printer of the front desk is good.
The price is what first made me choose this hotel and the location was not bad as well. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff and room were great! Thank you!
Nothing that I can think offThis hotel is clean, location is good, close to major attractions such as the Brooklyn bridge and the Statue of Liberty. Would definately stay there again.
