I booked this hotel as it was close to Central Park and seemed like an affordable stay. After getting checked in I noticed the elevator was very old and cramped. Upon arriving to my room, I noticed wallpaper coming loose from the walls, stains and tears on the mattress, found a sock by the bed, bathtub was rusty, etc…. I talked it over with my partner whether to stay there or not but ultimately decided that we’d get something else as there was no way we’d be able to have a comfortable stay.
