Good location Good price Room service didn't bang on my door at 6am.
Wifi in the part of the hotel I was in was pretty much no functional. Patio door on the ground floor had seen some better days. Room was clean. No sign of bedbugs or roaches, but did spot a house centipede near the above mentioned patio door.
The price was good, the staff was friendly and attentive.
It's very old and not too appealing. They are going through construction too, so it may look better once that is completed. When we were there the second day we lost cable connection. Not a huge deal, but kind of stinks. We also had an old fashion TV, don't expect any upgrades or updates with this date hotel.
They were terrible people, only guy I liked worked the over night, owner was rude; hated the experience
Not far from the Woodbury outlets.
Their room assignment method and system should me more efficient. They give the room assigned to us to someone else but they had no idea to who as they did not have the guest name registered in the system. So at 11:30pm the super decided that he will get in the room and check who is there. Not to say that he woke up the guest without any notice. So we made sure we lock or door properly just in case in the middle of the night the super decides to pay us a visit.
The breakfast was very nice.
The room was a bit smelly upon entering. Had an "old" feel to it.
Under construction, spider webs everywhere, air conditioning off, ,mattress needs replaced.
The breakfast was nice. The Staff was pleasant and willing to be helpful. The orange juice was spoiled, unfortunately. The patio rooms with the open door is great.
The hotel advertises a swimming pool but should not if it is not open and or in use. The rooms were fairly clean but you could see spills on the walls and the lounge chair was filthy. i covered with with towels from the bathroom in order to garner some comfort in sitting on it. My son kept sitting on the floor. I was not comfortable with this much. The bed sheets looked fairly clean. I looked around for lysol to spray so I could feel like the room had been sanitized.
the only think a liked about your hotel was it location
Easy to find.close to the hwy.
Washroom..crack on bath tub, leaks water on the floor, water.dripping all night long, pool not open.
It was clean and comfortable
hallways were hot, air conditioner in room did not work very well
Location for seeing area
Pool was not in service
Room cleanliness, comfortable bed and competitive pricing given proximity to target destinations (Orange County Choppers and Woodbury Outlet Mall).
Pool was not available for use, limited selection of continental breakfast items and smell of smoke in the hall and room even though we stayed in a non-smoking room.
