The bathroom, had no air vent or fan and the circulation of the air conditioner unit did cool the whole room thoroughly.
Clean room and good location for what we were doing. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pool was small and over run with kids even as late as 9 pm. Hot tub was filled with babies in diapers and floaties. I really can't fault the hotel as much as a lack of parenting and common sense.
That you couldn't take your break fast to your room
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Beds were a bit small.
I have stayed here often. The rooms are large, clean, the beds and linens are comfortable. Bathrooms are large, well lit and modern. Plenty of free parking. Many restaurant and fast food choices nearby. The front desk staff and warm cookie are great!
They used to have coffee set up in the lobby every morning, but no longer. I miss my go cup.The restaurant seems a bit pricey but good.
no internet , no free wifi , no free water , safe , refrigerator .
cleanliness and great staff
all was ok
Clean, comfy bed, friendly staff, easy check out, great price and delicious cookie.
Nice clean room. Free cookies.
No fridge, $15 charge for a double bed instead of a king. 18% gratuity on room service, then they also ask for a tip. No complementary breakfast, come on, even 2 stars babe that
I needed a refrigerator in my room and it did not.
It was pretty quiet
No refrigerator in the room
that in the room there was a visible corner of the head board. my son buster his head open and got 5 stiches.
Customer service was awesome & the rooms were nice and clean
Good size room Clean Lots of parking
Very nice place to stay. I highly recommend. The cookies are AWESOME !
Not the hotels fault but the road construction on the freeway made it difficult to get to the hotel.
The staff was extremely courteous.
One of the two beds clearly did not have clean linens and had been slept in by prior guest(s). Housecleaning had made the bed up but not bothered to change the sheets.
The lobby and ground floor were remodeled.
The rest of the hotel is old. Rooms and beds are terrible. Bathroom leaked and the counters cracked. Freeways are closed for renovation with much debris.
Nothing. To change our king-bed to double-bed rooms, we were required to pay an upgrade fee. That took away the advantage of bidding our own rooms.
The hotel is right by Interstate 5. It's extremely noisy. The weather was really cold during our stay, but the hotel lobby was just as cold as outside in the morning.
Part of hilton groups, but no free wifi? Even 2 star hotels provide this these days. No complimentary breakfast. Asking for a room with 2 queen beds instead of a king is charged $15 a day. Again most hotels are happy to provide this. Nothing special here.
The sheets felt nice and cozy. Complimentary cookies were amazingly yummy!
There was a card mentioning that they supply toothbrushes and toothpaste but didn't give further instructions on what to do to get them. Also, the bathtub seemed a bit dirty. Paying for water is ridiculous!
Clean, new interior
Everything came with surcharge, even the bottle of water in the room. I mean.. $3 for a bottle of water?
noisy. people slamming doors and moving of some sort against the wall by the bed
Location close to highway. Friendliness of Front desk at check-in/check-out. Decor of lobby and concierge
Plumbing of the sink and bath was slow. Bathroom fixtures need an update. Toiletries were not too satisfying. Room has a smell. Room needs a full length mirror.
Location. Lack of customer service! & Too much noise.
The staff was fantastic
The first room smelled like paint and the TV didn't work. The second room was better, but the painted-over wall paper was peeling off the wall and the wall mounted thermostat didn't work. The freeway was very loud at the pool.
updated and nice decor/layout, spacious room
there was something about the hotel that caused me to have asthma issues- I think it was the carpets just needed a thorough cleaning.
The staff was friendly and prompt
We booked this because it included breakfast and the whirlpool. When we arrived we only received the room key and some cookies, no breakfast vouchers. We went to the room and discovered the whirlpool was out of service
Online file and photo updating and correctness.
Me and my kids really enjoyed staying here. Great location and the staff was awesome. And we loved the cookies.
The hotel was very nice, typical of a 3 - 3 1/2 star property. The locations was excellent, close to the 5, 605, 105 and 91 freeways. The hotel had a breakfast buffet which was good although slightly pricey ($*) Other eating places were close. The room was fine and service, cleaning, etc very good. The bar was seldom open, not surprising for a holiday weekend. They offered to open it for us. The room rate was surprisingly low for a Marriott ($*/night) but I have run into similar bargains on holiday or off peak periods. We will stay again when in the area if the rates are similar.
