Location & price
The parking is difficult. I have small car and if I would have had my pickup it would have been pretty tight parking it.The price was fair for the hotel. The manager was pleasent and helpful. The room was actually spacious and has a stove, microwave and a full size fridge.

Manager was a nice guy. Motel in a good location
Advertised free wifi but we never were able to connect. Manager said a lot of people complain about that. Run down furniture, including bed, thin towels, little ants on kitchen table, no DVD player, not many good channels on the satellite tv.It might be a 1/2 star hotel.
The check in procedure. I had to make two calls only to be told a friend was helping out, just go around the corner of the office and if his truck was there knock on the apartment door. Pillows were hard and bed sloped to one side. Fridge didn't work. The next day we moved to a two bedroom unit with a kitchenette. It was a nonsmoking unit but one bedroom and the bathroom reeked of smoke. I believe it was coming in from another unit. Kitchen cabinets could stand a coat of paint. These beds also were hard and pillows flat. The door jamb looked as if someone had kicked it in. Went to turn on a lamp and it had no bulb in it. I would not recommend this motel.

The close proximity to the beach.
We wished there had been a coffee pot in the room and the couch left a little comfort to be desired! They advertised free wifi but never gave us the password. The towels smelled kind of like they had been in the washer too long before going in the dryer. Not a bad little motel if you just need a place to sleep near the beach! Clean with a comfortable bed!
This was a queen deluxe/Kitchen.It was less than clean and signs of mold. No storage area for cloths or any other misc items. Kitchen area was difficult to cook in. No fan or vent. Electrical outlets were nil. Very tight quarters for 2 and we were 4We were very disappointed. We have stayed in several different placed in Ocean Shores. And this was the worst. The bathroom was 4'X4' with shower toilet and sink all in this area partitioned off in 2'X 2' areas. Nothing in this room was planned. I felt that everything here was an after thought and not a good one at that. Unless you are a small person/s and do not plan on doing much cooking or moving around, this is OK in a pinch. Make sure you bring all your own kitchen ware. Pots and pans are Goodwill rejects. No silverware to speak of. I was lucky enough to have brought paper plates and bowls plus plastic utensils. I would not recommend this Motel to anyone. And I feel that Priceline is not doing themselves justice b...
