I liked the staff, they where really friendly and super helpful. I did not like, I b the other hand, what they had to offer for such a high price... even super 8's have free WiFi and complimentary breakfast to their clients.
Location is good, right next to sporting venues and downtown. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and the lobby looked nice.
Charging to use the internet and the gym/pool is ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. How is it that Motel 6 gives free wifi at most locations and the Hilton wants $10 per day to use the internet? They also charge for the use of the gym and pool, which didn't even have drinking cups for the water cooler. The hotel staff and I also have different definitions of what "city view" means. I had a great view of a freeway offramp.
would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends and family
This is an awesome hotel and we love that it is connected to the Quest Center for concerts!
It would be nice if it had some kind of complimentary breakfast with as much as it costs.
rooms are good size, bed is comfortable.
could be cleaner - for instance, clean the telephones!!!
cookie particles was not cleaned in the second day. cleaning has not parfect.
the entire staff was most helpful and friendly
