Nice location at rue Ponthieu. Back room was very quiet.
Living room with couch bed was very street noisy
Size of the residence of the apartment was huge, great location. Lady on the phone really helped me out with the TV access. And the price wa just perfect!
The apartement was nice and could be a good solution for families.
It was absolutely not clear that this was not an hotel but a series of appartements managed centrally. Booking.com specified a street close to Champs Elisee but in reality the apartement was located in all another location and I spent more than 1.5 h to finally enter in my room. Neverthless fo a family maybe is ok but not for a business man like me as there was no services and no breakfast.
The apartment on rue de Berri was a minute from the Champs-Elysees & very close to the metro Line 1. The 2 bedroom apartment had 2 bathrooms which was great & was very spacious & warm.
Be aware that Bridgestreet have many apartments dotted around Paris & it would seem that if you book Bridgestreet Champs-Elysees that this doesnt mean you will be in the ones on rue de Berri like we were. When I intially received my apartment information we were in fact going to be near Place Victor Hugo & then we were moved (prior to arrival) to Montparnasse which is miles awary from the Champs-Elysees. Fortunately in the end we did end up right by C-E but it would appear that Bridgestreet do move people around - so would suggest you make super clear with them your location requirements.
The bed configuration was not what was advertising on Booking.com. Luckily it worked just fine for us.
the location is excellent.we were 4 people and booked the apartment with the one bedroom and the sofa bed and it was nice.
was only given one key, we needed more than one key
It was trouble stay, first of all it is so difficult to check in, you should go and find your key by your self, they put it some where, and they describe for you how you can collect it, however you will find your self on trouble to find the key, the appartment floor so bad , it is so old wood we feel not comfort on walking even it can harm your feet as what happen for my doughter and her feet start bleeding because of the bad wood.
there were stains on the sheets and couch. the bathroom was extremely small and the cabinets were broke. the kitchen was dirty. the air conditioner bearly worked. very poor hotel!
Nice room, clean, nice hotel. People in the reseption were very friendly and helpfull
People working in the bar did not give a very good service
