The staff was curtious. Location is convenient and view is lovely overlooking the harbor.
The hotel is under construction. It is significant. The work begins at 8:30 am. The structure vibrates. The water supply in the hotel is disturbed by the construction. The power is weak, and the water runs brown for a few minutes. Most of the fixtures in the room were faulty. I was supposed to stay 2 nights. I left stating they should not be open. They did refund me for the night. I will try them again after the renovation. This is due to be completed in May. The location is very convenient and the view is lover Y over looking the park and harbor.
We were not advised at the time of the reservation that the hotel is undergoing renovation's. The restaurant and bar are closed. No morning coffee even available on -site . Very noisy!
i had a great view of the harbor from my room.
A number of little things like lobby wasn't welcoming, had to wait about 10 minutes for a bartender at 6:15pm, shower needs drano. hotel had signs of aging.
Location on water & bike path, rooms clean, showers very hot
Charged for a waterfront room, when didn't get one told not guaranteed due to third party booking. Also would not provide receipt and claimed due to third party booking. Sleep number beds could not change settings. Bathroom tub outdated, but new sink
it is not in good location, the heater in the first room was broken and blowing cold air only. We were relocated to another room while given a free breakfast voucher for that. The heater in the second room worked fine however the fan was on all the time. We set it to 63 and woke up to sever heat in the middle of the night. We turned it off completely and thiught it would be safer to use more blankets
I liked how we could request a room on our desired floor. The view wasnt exactly what youd get out of a penthouse, but nevertheless very nice to look at when night arrives. Me and ny girlfriend would only open the curtains then.
The tub had some rust and it showed when the hot water was given a test. Housekeeping cleaned this for us and a solution was found, just dont recommend filling the tub with the hot water to the max.
the Wyndham was very easy to get to,and from any place.it was situated in a convenient location. The staff were friendly, and helpful. We had a "city" view which means we got a view of the highway, but that was no big deal we were not in the room that often. Surprised to find sleep number beds, did fuss with it a bit,but the beds were comfortable.
The curtains in the room were broken and it just blew with the air, actually tried to fix it thinking it just came unhooked but thats how I found out it was broken. When my daughter and I went to go to bed she found hair on her bed & pillows that didn't belong to either one of us,called the front desk, told them,& they took care of it right away. The restaurant at the hotel was convenient, ate there the first night since it was late, but didn't after that-not really all that great.,
Didn't have view of river....last time we did and it was fabulous. Noisy neighbors!
Right size, right price.
I thought the hallways and elevators were too warm. The elevators could use energy saving light bulbs (I believe there were 6 or even 8 light bulbs in the elevator ceiling) and this would likely reduce the heat.
Convenient location, easy access to Brown University, amenities & the highway. Free wi-fi access & parking facility; free coffee; spacious room; friendly & helpful staff.
Convinient parking. Free coffee in lobby
Odor of smoke in room. I was not crazy about the sleep number bed.
The bed was very comfortable, the view of the harbor was very pretty, the location was perfect for visiting our son at Brown University, it was close to a lot of restaurants on Wickenden Street, the lighting in the room was good, the room was comfortable and well-appointed, staff was nice and helpful.
The room was a little small, lobby was a little small and a little dingy. It also would have been nice to have an airport shuttle.
large room.internet connection was no problem.people at the restaurant for breakfast were nice.breakfast buffet was good for that price(under 10)
location.far from center of city. tired outside looking.
Disappointing position - next to motorway. But, that said, close enough to the centre for it to be reached on foot.
Only hotel available, rrom was clean and nice
Location, poor check in, did not have our reservation, shuttle not available to downtown when we needed it. Breakfast closed at 11 and then no lunch available, nothing until dinner
Comfortable beds. Lovely view of the harbor. Professional service. Appreciated the shuttle service to Brown University and back.
Nothing to dislike really.
