Convenience of everything being available at location and sincere helpfulness of staff.
Not that I can think of.
The room was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. The buffet restaurant was great.
Checkin was very slow. For awhile, only one person was doing the checking in, and because he wanted to give each customer special attention, we had a long wait. The biggest problem is that you can smell tobacco smoke almost everywhere. It's bad!!!
Low price and convenience were fantastic. I loved that there was a decent restaurant there as well as a lounge and wine bar.
The fitness center was not stocked with towels or water cups for the water cooler. Parking could also be a challenge.
Location next to freeway easy access.
Poor quality room like a one star with fixtures, bed mattress, and type of composition of construction. No breakfast or free coffee although located in a casino.
The food cold n sucked
Loved the convenience to Acoma Pueblo, the staff was very friendly, the casino part is well-contained and the dinner buffet is a great deal and includes local traditional cuisine.
Nothing. Co-traveller is a recovering compulsive gambler. We could not use the reservation.
I did not like that it was at a casino.
Starbuck Coffee in the lobby. Great price.
No breakfast included.
The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The front desk check in was fast and efficient.
The free internet was painfully slow.
The bed was very comfortable.
Everything closed at 10 the pool the casino
calm and quiet except for the door slammers at 2AM
Food service is a little slow and so was check-in.
little sunset gnats that descended.......
I stay here whenever I travel through. It is easy access from the freeway, it's clean, and the food is good
Hall smelled like cigarette smoke.
Great buffet, clean rooms, prompt friendly service
Definitely clean and bed was comfortable. Restaurant food was excellent.
Room was not as advertised, picture was an up graded room. Slots were extra tight. No body around me won a dime and was there an hour plus.
Quiet, peaceful staff indian thankfully, great rate, excellent truck stop services including coin laundromat, jacuzzi and pool. Gambling but coming from Vegas really could have done without, but it is a Casino Hotel!
Jacuzzi didn't stay open late enough for me! That's it in a nutshell!
Wi-fi was poor. No charging available for our cell, iPad
Very convenient right off the highway. Nice room and breakfast buffett was descent.
Smoking rooms smelled. No HD television. Website does not list that it is a dry hotel. Unsatisfactory eating arrangements. Very loud..not soundproof. Never again.
I loved the location. This hotel was along I-40 and easily accessible. The staff at the front desk, convenience store, and coffee shop were professional, courteous, helpful, and efficient.
There was construction going on in the restaurant. I was not able to figure out where to get dinner. More signage might have been helpful. The first floor room smelled like cigarette smoke--despite being a non-smoking room. This was from the casino.
Nice casino. Very nice entrance.
Smelled dusty. My allergies acted up. Room was small and dated. No mattress pad. Mattress was yellowed. Definitely not a 3 star. I'd give it a 2 star.
Noise. Biggest issue was lack of adequate lighting for rear parking lot and only 10 spaces in front.
Very little, a convienate place to stop on the way to Phoenix from Denver.
The work staff was very rude. Seemed like we were doing them a huge favor by staying there. Will not stay there again.
The location bear by acoma pueblo.
Because the hotel had a casino nu wife do not feel so good between several strange users of the casino. These people live at light and sleep During daytime.
Enjoyed the restaurant
No, maybe because of smokers, the hotel smelled bad when we walked in from the parking lot - but not in our room.
Thee decor had a theme that was different than all the other hotels I've been staying in.
Everything was nicce but impersonal. No food available after midnight.
It was filthy. There were bugs on the windowsill. Caked on residue on the sink counter that never should have been missed by housekeeping. But the worst thing was the pillows! Tiny, worthless, 8 inch by 8 inch squares.Asked for more, told there were none!
The rooms are very small as are the beds. The pillows are like small couch pillows. Everything about the rooms is cheap and less than average. The staff are not very friendly and helpful. I will never stay at this hotel again!
It fit our road trip location.
NO ALCOHOL POLICY was not revealed until arrival when it was TOO LATE TO CANCEL. ( NO ALCOHOL SOLD THERE OR ALLOWED ON THEIR PROPERTY )Buffet had steak ONLY and my wife DOESN'T eat steak.
Inexpensive breakfast buffet
The room was very small and drab, and there was a big ugly chip in the bathroom. It was also very noisy.
It was not disclosed prior to purchase that alcohol was not allowed on premises. This is something that people should be made aware of prior to arrival at hotel
We like the design, decorations, beds were comfortable.
Bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, a bit smaller than we thought. Check in lobby parking was too short, also didn't really care for over all hotel parking.
Location for our trip
No wi-fi. We called the front desk and they keep saying that the tech was been called. Room had no microwave and the little fridge did not work.
The Location and it is a casino. Priced very well without bidding
The hotel has very heavy smoke filled and smell
We waited half an hour to be checked in. We then stood on the third floor for another hour waiting to get a room as someone was already in the room. Every time we left the room, we had to wait for to be escorted to our room. The power was off for 1 hour.
Very thankful that we got a discounted rate on Priceline. This is a very basic hotel. Food choices are not very good. Parking was far away from the rooms. Staff at check in and check out were not helpful or pleasant at all. We would not stay here again.
The hotel staff was rude. We only paid a couple of dollars less on priceline than what we would of paid if we would have booked directly. Because we were priceline customers we were not able to eat at the free buffet without paying 6.99 each.
dressed up super 8, horrible buffet, horrible room
This was more like a motel 6 not a three star. Makes me question price line rating system. I've never been disappointed with a star rating in the past
