Quality of food
What I really loved, getting away from the Chicago cold in the middle of February. It was SO relaxing. The staff who made it extra special were Ossiris, Billis, Juan, and Juan Carlos. There were activities every night, mostly delicious food, and the dance club is hot--for like an hour, but it's a really hot hour. The omelette at The Hispanola are great! Between the Bali beds and the beach huts, you can get your fill of sunshine relaxation time. Drinking whenever and wherever you want, but if we go back, it'll be in the late summer when it's less expensive.
It rained a little bit almost everyday that we were there. Our room was one with a "garden view," so no view at all, but close to the beach. No free transportation into town. If there was even a cheap shuttle that would have been preferable. Cabs are expensive.
Staff very nice but didn't listen sometimes
