Great extras.very clean
Behind hotel truck overnight park and service so all night trucks starting engines. Older property but fixed up.
Was nice and clean comfortable bed!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Free internet was relatively fast and reliable.
No vent in the bathroom. All the rooms in the hotel had an unpleasant mildew smell throughout.
Good location-easy access to highway.
The pool area was extremely dirty with dead bugs all over the cement you walk on to enter the pool. Lounge chairs haven't been cleaned forever...would not sit on them. Breakfast was good except for staff reheartng eggs in the microwave...rubbery.
It surprised me at how clean it was.
The staff at check in was mundane and did like her shift. She wanted her other one back but it's what her manager put her on. Very unprofessional.
The manager (John) was one of the nicest people we met on our trip. He upgraded our room (without us asking) just because a larger room was available. He also provided detailed information about local attractions and restaurants.
It was right by the interstate and a truck stop but that turned out not to be a problem.
Clean, comfortable room. Attentive front desk staff.
Rooms need upgrading, carpet is worn and stained, floor tiles cracked, saw a few small roaches, no ice available on 3rd floor ice machine does not work.
This hotel is very run down. Hotel rooms have mold (our travel party was two rooms and this is true about both of the rooms). Mold smell is terrible throughout the entire hotel. Bathrooms seem to have been upgraded recently, but done sloppy. Our room still had construction markers written on the 'granite' counter, indicating room it was intended for, measurements etc. Breakfast pastries were all cling foil wrapped. They were few days old. Besides the pastries they have cereal, waffles and fruit (apples and bananas) - no complains about that. When I addressed issue of the mold in our room (both my girlfriend and I woke up with headaches in the morning which we contribute to the strong mold odor) at the reception desk, the clerk was very nice and apologized, however next to her was standing either a manager or the owner - just kept giving us us dirty looks throughout the entire conversation. Did not say a word. Why would he care? We had pre-paid reservation... I'm glad that we were staying there only one night, we got there very late and were leaving early, just needed a place to crush between TX and FL.
