The facility is very old so is the furniture in the rooms, the pool is very very small and yet they charge a mandatory resort fee and $40 per night to park!! Neither of these were mentioned at the time of reservation. Price too high with the above mentioned issues, you can fine a better place for the same amount. Won't go back.

We loved the complementary upgrade but didn't like the fact that at check out there was a $39.95 charge for a resort fee (it was eventually waved as a one time discount after we complaint about it) where the booking included all taxes and fees.

Pros (+) We love this hotel and this was our second stay in 4 years. We love everything about it and the staff is exceptionally friendly and wonderful.
Cons (-) The only complaint was this was booked through Kayak and we booked a "Premier Oceanfront Room King Bed". It was confirmed and stated on our confirmation in three different places. Upon arrival, they had us booked in a double bed oceanfront room (not premier which is the 2nd and 3rd floors and not a king bed) and they were adamant that was what Kayak booked us in. When we showed them the printed co...
