The location is great and you can walk to Chinatown (5-10 mins) or Pier 39/Fisherman's Wharf (25-35 minutes.) Union Square is around the block. Love that you can walk everywhere. Our room was cleaned daily and towels/soaps/paper were replaced everyday.
For some reason, dust built up quickly in our room. You could see the dust particles floating everywhere. It made us sneeze a lot. I don't think that could've been helped even if we asked customer service. :( Other than that, we loved the service and room
Great location and outstanding staff.
The top floor with the great view of the city is closed outside of normal business hours.
Great staff with top notch service. We were treated very well.
The location is really convenient. Very easy to get to different different places within walking distance. The front desk agents were all friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed interacting with hotel employee.
The first two concierge agents I talked to on Wednesday, Aug. 12. They were very cold and unfriendly vs. Joanna who was there in the evening. She was a delightful and helpful agent.
It is well situated and clean.
I stayed here several times many years ago . . . The remodel moved the restaurant and lounge from the 36th floor with its magnificent views to the mezzanine. The top floor view was a big attraction for me and I will stay elsewhere next time.
The friendliness of the employees. The ease of getting coffee and the very comfortable lobby.
I can't think of anything.
Soft beds, shower head and shower was funky
Location , free wifi,
Room was a bit run down and needed redecoration. Not the cleanest either but ok just
Parking is difficult at this hotel. Construction proximal to the hotel. No pool or spa at facility.
The room was small and the double beds are horrible. Won't stay here agaIn for that reason alone. Barely slept the 5 nights I was there. Also, don't bother asking the concierge for help. She's too busy to be bothered.
Friendly staff, floor to ceiling windows
The hotel was very clean.
The sliding door in the bathroom was very stiff, hard to slide open and close. Would be nice if provided complimentary water bottle. Not too fond of the shampoo and conditioner products (June Jacob brand).
It was close to everything
How much a, day you had to pay for parking.
Peppermint Taffy them accomadating two room changes for our view for two nights and two rooms as I was bringing my daughter for her 11th birthday and wanted her to have a room with a view.
Parking location and per night fee of $40+ dollars per night.
Lots of dust in the room, difficult to get fresh air
Location except for nearby construction.
Not clean! My bathtub and sheets were not clean- unbelievable!!!
The staff were outstanding and the bed was very comfortable.
For the money we were charged it would have been nicer to have a higher room so we didn't look at the dentist across. Plus our room looked nothing like the ones on the webpage. It was dated.
Location and view from room.
Furniture was scuffed and light fixture dented. Room felt dirty.
Rooms are clean. Comfortable.
Restaurant, bar space too small.
I liked the view from our room and the location of it too.
We were not informed that a gratuity was included with our breakfast package that was part of our reservation and therefore, we ended up over tipping the wait staff. The Hyatt also mischarged us for a breakfast that should have been free.
The room was very good and the housekeeping staff were wonderful. All other staff were attentive and polite. Small issue with AC was fixed quickly and with minimum of fuss
The lobby was often crowded and poorly laid out. The breakfast was only average - much better off trying local cafes
