So many many things were wrong about this place.. had to part 2 blocks away because they don’t have parking and there was already like 50 cars parked right in front of the hotel, but I was asked to move 🤷🏾♂️ The king size room was just standard to me.. nothing that stood out as “Woooow” People at the front desk were rude! Then at the end of all that we got charged an additional fee.. the “Destination Fee”… needless to say I’m gonna pass on paying that! I pre purchased my room and that fee was not a part of it! Not worth the money to stay at such a low Brow place!!! I’m certain motel 6 can do better!
The staff were very helpful and great, good location, clean, and no issues!
The location is good. Great view if there's no fog. The rooms are ok but not super clean. Stared at someone else's hair on the floor the whole time. They will also nickel and dime you for everything and then on top of that they have hidden fees they charge on check out on top of the fees you're charged when you book. Might be fine for business travelers but sucks for personal use.
Pros. Appreciated early check-in
Pros. The room was spacious and we had a wonderful view overlooking the San Francisco skyline. I also like the fitness center and the location is awesome close to great restaurants and shops
Cons. The bed was not very comfortable and difficulty sleeping. The mattress needed to be firmer. Waiting for the elevators can take a long time, perhaps because we were there during Christmas and there were a big number of families staying at the hotel plus it was hosting a group of collegiate football players for an upcoming big game.
Pros. Excellent location and view, good on-site amenities.
Cons. Nothing!
Pros. The location is great. Close to transportation, restaurants and a CVS/Walgreens within one block of distance. Check in was easy and the staff was always friendly and helpful.
Cons. I have stayed at this hotel before and all rooms were pretty comfortable. Unfortunately, this last time I was traveling with another person and a baby, and the room was very small. It barely had any space to store clothes and had to keep moving the crib back and forth as there was really no room for it.
Pros. Gym is decent and has a great view
Cons. Tv reception was poor. The bed was a a little stiffer than I'd like
Pros. Staff was good. Our lunch experience at the hotel was very nice because the staff went out of their way for our 13 year old who was celebrating a birthday.
Cons. We had people overhead who made who disturbed us for well over an hour. After calling the front desk to complain it stopped about 30 minutes after our call.
Pros. The staff was great specially the greeters at the door and baggage handlers
Cons. Location location location
