For being a 2 star hotel I'm impressed with the amount of commodities Extended Stay has with its kitchenette and roomy space.
It's ridiculous that they make you pay a $25 fee for late checkout (after 11am). They called my room at 10:20 am to make sure I was leaving, kinda rude. The staff weren't particularly friendly and seemed like they hate their jobs but not really a problem.
Staff is very helpful, we enjoyed stay
The cooking area is not to well kept, door handles is broken could not get any one to fix it
They had coffee
They didn't do nothing about the air conditioner not working. The RM was humit and it sucked.
Location and kitchen
Location, kitchen, rooms are spacious
Customer service at night wasnt that great
The staff, the comfort, the ease, the price made our stay great.
Nothing we didn't like about it.
It is clean enough.
The customer service was appalling. Desk mngr was incredibly unprofessional. She singled me out and was very rude over an issue with my dog. This was because her kids were there which they are not suppose to be- it's a hotel, not a daycare.
Decent amount of space, kitchenette.
Rm 217 kitchen sink backed up into tub (slow drainage). Bathroom light (slaved to the exhaust fan) flickered intensely (like a lightening storm), no one came to fix it in two days.
No hot water. No kitchen utensils. Room was supposed to be non smoking and the pillows smelt of smoke. Never again
large room, full kitchen, much better than the other Extended Stay (right next door in the same parking lot)
Since some rooms allow smoking, all rooms smell, even far away. Loud noise from the parking lot until 2am. Old bowl of food left in the microwave, carpets dirty and floors sticky. Breakfast is a joke.
The room is clean and the decor is modern. It came with a kitchen that made it convenient to cook and store more food than usual. The furniture (tables, chair, lamps, TV) is well-appointed and comfortable. There are many organizers to place our luggages
It doesn't provide shampoo, conditioner and enough soap. We appreciate the fact that the hotel saves energy by not changing towels and sheets everyday, but supply is stingy on those 3 mentioned before. Staff not very accommodating with 'early check-in.'
Was a very comfortable room. Quiet, furnished with necessary things. Everyone friendly and helpful.
Would have liked to have a cannel guide for the TV. Breakfast was more of a gab and go as the hotel referred to it. Limited choices. The advertisments were more for a real breakfast.
The room was overall really nice and comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay there .
Clean,friendly staff, plenty of parking.
No additional pillows available we requested. Had trade or dirty towel in top hey clean ones.
The room was comfortable.
The breakfast was not really breakfast. It was granola bars and apples.
Toilet did not flush well. Bathroom sink drained real slow. Grab n go breakfast.
The location was perfect for what we needed it for. Safe area with a gas station and grocery store within a minute's drive.
No towels, toiletries, coffee maker or any other listed amenities when we checked in. Had to call for towels, toiletries & coffee pot, received towels an hour later and nothing else. Rude front desk attendant. Housekeeping tried coming in at 10am.
Charging you extra toSwitch from a smoking to non smoking room. Not good
Large rooms, full kitchen
Smells like cigarette smoke in all 3rd floor rooms, found dog poop in the hallway.
The convenience to the freeway, the ability to actually cook dinner or breakfast if you want to.
They run out of coffee, hot water, hot chocolate and muffins quite often in the morning. Takes quite awhile for them to replenish. If you ask for replacement towels, they often say, they haven't washed the previous ones, yet.
Location and that they allow pets
Received several insect bites and all they did was change linen one day and didn't offer a different room.
Queen bed size seemed more of a full size bed. Asked for more than 3 pillows, but we're told they were out. The mattress is worn, hard, and uncomfortable. Parking lot smelled like MJ. Thin walls between rooms.
Smoking rooms on the third floor permeated the 2nd floor hallways. While my room was smoke smell free, you were greeted with the smoke when you ventured into the hallway. The breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, granola bars, and poor quality muffins
The staff was completely unwelcoming, said they would bring me up the item I checked off on the request sheet &failed to do so. They looked, acted & dressed sloppy & completely unprofessional. The bed was miserable, as was the bedding. CHEAP
The bed was firm--that's it. When I went for breakfast there was nothing there but coffee and one orange. had to mention it to staff. Arrived at 9pm and had to wait one hour for coffee pot for next morning.
In an extended stay america the owner had chosen to put no dinnerware, cups, coffeemaker (nothing). Looks like they didn't want to spend a dime more than they had to. There was smoking going on in non-smoking rooms (smell filled the hallways).
Low price, location
Trash from another room sat in the hallway from Saturday morning till Monday morning. Seriously can't someone pick up the trash! No ice machine? Am I in Beirut?
Large rooms, full kitchen
Smell of cigarette smoke (in a non-smoking room), broken lamps and fixtures, sticky floor, windows didn't open.
Gave me a smoking room when I reserved non-smoking.
location to amenities
The room smelled like smoke. cannot be switched rooms because hotel was booked. the tub also needed maintenance so could not take a bath. No extra accomadations were made for me.
The hotel feels chintzy - or neglected - the continental /grab and go 'breakfast' is beyond minimal, slow wifi, front desk staff was rarely visible as I came and went, shower rod brace by thumb tacks, and no maid service because I wasn't staying there long enough. Not awful but I wouldn't go back.
This was a extended stay facility; posing as a hotel is not fair to the industry.
Large room. Decent free WiFi speed.
Empty coffee tank at 07:00. A large amount of trash throughout the hallways; customers from all floors were complaining about the same things to the desk.
Didn't get rest at all! Made many complaints about noisy guests in room above me and was never taken care off it happened the two nights I was there.
The price was the only bright side.
The halls did not smell good at all and our room was even worse. The smell reminded me of urine. The room had dog hair in it and the pull out bed was covered in the dog hair too.
clean place that offered many ammenities right at hand, to use any time. helpful staff, very friendly, and pretty quick check in and check out. also they didnt charge your card first for incidentals and then refund u back, like most hotels do.
no, it was a very nice place to stay and i felt at home here.
it was clean in the rooms and the common areas. plenty of parking. staff was friendly and helpful.
the free internet wasnt high speed. But they did offer high speed and you could upgrade to it for a low cost.
Large rooms/kitchen. Accidental charges for this hotel were not ran on your credit card first then credited back to you later like most hotels. But not here, if you incurred no extra charges your card was not charged at all. Easier for bugeting your trip
No not really.
The hotel room there was basically like a large studio with a full kitchen that was fully stocked with supplies like dishes, pots, pans, utensils etc. Also the tv was very large too.
The internet was free but it was extremely slow.were talking 42 kbps slow. And they gave an option for upgraded internet but u had to pay for it.Good thing was it was only a couple bucks. Be aware this upgraded internet will only work once for each device
Very close to where we wanted to be. Accommodations very good. Staff was excellent.
Breakfast was very sparse. La Quinta is much better.
Location, room was nice, quiet,
Priceline misrepresented this Hotel as having a breakfast! It does not! Packets of uncooked instant oatmeal and coffee is not breakfast! Breakfast is a sit down hot meal like eggs, waffles, toast, orange juice, milk, cereal, etc. Priceline lied!
They cancelled my reservation on the day when I arrived the hotel without any notice. They moved me to another hotel that I have to drive 20 miles away which is in the opposite of my travel plan. Their staff is rude and not helpful.
The full kitchen came in handy, we didn't have to leave the room once we got there!
I only stayed there for two days as I just needed something simple and cheap, it turns out I didn’t get a great deal on the room. Also the front desk was never covered, and when it was the person was on the phone making personal calls. I just wasn’t impressed at all. Also there is nothing in the area.
The kitchen counters and table were sticky with food stuck on them, the sheets were not fresh and very worn, there was food crumbs under the bed and the toilet & shower were moldy and dirty. We were very uncomfortable with the room. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. When I checked in, I waited over 5 minutes for one of the two employees behind the counter to acknowledge I was even standing there (I was the only customer there). At check in I was told if we needed clean towels I would have to bring the dirty ones back down and they would exchange them for clean ones since cleaning was only done once a week....I stayed 2 nights, does that mean the room would not be cleaned after we left...
Our home was being fumigated so we needed a temporary 'home.' The kitchen set up allowed for real meals. The living room was spacious and the beds and bathroom were great. No sense of claustrophobia and a very relaxing environment. I could easily have stayed here for a longer period of time without feeling cramped or limited.
The room and facility was very nice. It was more than we expected. The check-in staff was not very helpful in explaining things including the small extra charge for internet access. Down side was dog poop by the stairway in the hall when we arrived in the afternoon and it was still there when we left the next day.
I have stayed here several times and this was the best it has ever been, I checked in early, they were gracious and friendly. The facility was clean though the halls smelled like stale cigarettes the room smelled fresh and was very clean.
Clean, but basic. Pool was not heated. No maid service for short stays-once a week. No continental breakfast.
