Loved the Santa Fe style of the hotel and the convenient location just off the plaza. Excellent concierge! Quiet property! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was due to the view from our particular room.
Excellent staff!! Would love to come back and stay again.
Wonderful hotel. Great staff, location & food. In particular the restaurant is exceptional and 'Bob' the concierge was a terrific help.
Loved the service and the attention to detail. The bellman was careful to explain about the room amenities, including how to use the fireplace, which was lovely. The room's decorations were very authentic--exposed beams, king bed with ladder, and period furniture. The bathroom included very nice tub/shower with handheld spray and firstclass toiletries. My daughter and I came here for a girls' getaway to do some holiday shopping and found that the hotel was worth the extra $ for its wonderful service and beautiful decor.
The entire staff, including valets, front desk clerks, servers in restaurant, patio and bar, hostesses and housekeeping did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The restaurant is one of the best in town. We have always been treated very well at the Inn and love being a guest. It is definitely our place to stay in Santa Fe.
My wife and I were extremely pleased with this hotel. Everyone from the valet to the front desk, wait staff and housekeeping were professional, courteous and did their best to make our stay the best they could. The rooms were clean, the bed and linens of very high quality. With this near perfect location in Santa Fe and a superb restaurant and bar, you cannot go wrong here.
There is just a sense of history, culture and arts in this place, right in the heart of Santa Fe! Something you wouldn't find in many big hotels. The facade, lobby, library, restaurant are very reflective of this part of the world's rich tradition. One of a kind amenities, great bed and linen, impeccable service, and perfect getaway. '
