Clean rooms, friendly staff. Excellent staff, went above and beyond. The breakfast was great! Location is just right and the food is good. Easy access. Everyone friendly and polite, room was fresh and clean. Clean and nice location. Breakfast good. Staff is great. Clean, friendly, easy access to everything, great breakfast and constantly refilling things when they ran out. The 24/7 coffee bar was amazing! The breakfast had a great selection, Restaurant options at a walking distance, a area outside in front to socialize into the evening/night time, a fitness area, over all a clean location. Great experience I will definitely stay here again. It was very quiet around there. Staff was friendly. Convenient location. Clean and nice room. The room was nice and clean. I love the American breakfast with sausage, bacon, eggs and omelet. Convenient location for going to the Natural Bridge Caverns and Safari. Conveniently located near Randolph Air Force Base, where our daughter is stationed. Clean room. Good hot breakfast.
Cost too high for that hotel. The bed and the pool. Ac was not adjustable, had no knobs and nobody gave me the WiFi code. Very dated. The room had a broken closet door. TV’s were old. Remotes didn’t work properly to TV’s. The bathroom tub didn’t look clean. The bathroom towels didn’t look white, which appears to look overly used. The breakfast, the small TV. The only issue we had was that the room wasn’t ready by check in time and we had to come back much later. The idea of cleaning the room every other day and not every day is not quite interesting enough. Hot tub was unavailable to be used. The animal in the eating area. Had problem communicating with Breakfast staff. English was not her first language and could not get minor situation resolved. Two others had similar problem with same result. We all gave up and moved on in our day. No complaints! n/a. Power outlets in room did not work, plumbing issues, some staff were rude. Sheet was torn; toilet seat was broken; shower temperature difficult to control. The breakfast staff had no customer service skills and I observed them asking African American guests to use hand sanitizer but they didn’t tell other guests to use hand sanitizer. Breakfast and my show curtain was too short. The mini refrigerator didn't work properly. Small bath tub. How every night they were trying to charge 10 or 20 dollars from my card during middle of night when I went down there tell them what I seen they continue to do it will not stay here again because of that both nights smh.
