The beds were nice and it was inexpensive
The first room they gave us had urine dripping down the toilet seat... Dark, gross urine. It concerned me for the rest of the units. I spoke with the front desk about it and they gave us the exact same room 1 floor higher. It looked like there was a makeup stain on the sheet of one of the beds, but it wasn't worth saying anything to the front desk again to lug our luggage to another exact same room that also probably had something dirty in it... You get what you pay for... I paid cheap, I got cheap. For the amount I paid though it met my expectations of being an airport motel. Also the food was terrible, no breakfast, and the TV was most likely on a wire hanger antenna.
Location, parking, airport shuttle
no free breakfast no 24/7 complimentary drinks or snacks Pool closes early
The pool was a little uninviting and with too much chlorine. I felt like I was swimming in someone's basement.
Loccation is close to car rental.
Felt light hotel site is so tight.
Clean, quiet and comfortable
Staff was friendly, free Wifi.
Pool closed at 9. First world problems.
I didn't dislike the place. I stayed once before, the last time my daughter had a surgery, and it was fine for what I needed it for. Just a place to stay the night before she went in to surgery.
Once again I was staying because of my daughters surgery. The first night was fine. The second night...not so much. We got her back to the room and resting, and around 11 o'clock that night, the fire alarm goes off and we all have to evacuate the building. My poor daughter had to get all dressed and we had to carry her out of the building. Once we finally got back to the room and got her settled, it just got better. We all finally got back to sleep, and 4 more times throughout the night the alarm went off again, for about 5 to 10 seconds at a time and then shut off. It was the worst night ever. I am not blaming the hotel for the problem, the part that bothered me was when I checked out, no one even acknowledged what had happened or even just said I'm sorry about what had happened. I'm not the kind of person that goes and demands refunds but an I'm sorry would have went a long way.
the size of the room are very good the staff are nice, they clean the rooms every day , the room are quiet , and they have a shuttle service to and from airport for free, they have business center too so you can print or fax any documents for free, and very nice warn swimming pool
The shuttle wasn't running even though we made multiple calls and they said he was busy. We eventually were able to convince a cab to drive us. The hotel stunk, thankfully the room didn't stink--as bad. Pool was cloudy and nasty. Cleaning people barged in the room at 8:30a when I was naked and getting ready. Their staff was awful and couldn't possibly care less that we were unhappy. We have stayed at some pretty seedy places in the past when we were younger and couldn't afford better and this place was way worse than anywhere we've ever stayed. We were only there for 7 hours total and it was 7 hours too long.
This place was horrible..the staff is not friendly at all. The room smelled like musk..I was happy that I had a early flight so I could get out of there
Staff was very friendly and helpfull when I had questions I needed answered. The pool was at a very comfortable temperature and was very relaxing.
Just were some sticky spots. Behind the computer desk felt like someone spilt pop down the wall. Discovered that when I was leaning up against the wall with one hand while trying to plug in my charger and there was a sticky soda ring on the end table that was very noticeable. Walked in and sety stuff down and noticed the sticky soda ring right away.
Close to airport.
Parking arrangement not prioritized for guests. They have parking available for others and the spaces near the back entrance were sparse. No fridge in room.
Hotel was fine but booked on line at Booking.com and they didn't have our reservation when we arrived. Front desk was very helpful and luckily they had a room. Great value, comfortable
The room was large and well appointed. The pan-asian restaurant in the hotel lobby was exceptionally good.
We were charged more than what the booking stated. the booking came with complimentary airport shuttle. However, we were charged a $3.00 "occupancy fee" that upon pressing was told was a charge the airport charged the hotel for shuttle service. How is that complimentary shuttle service!?
The place was cheap and close to the airport.
The hotel is noisy being right on International Blvd. The bar and breakfast area were closed for renovation, and the hotel did not provide an alternate breakfast facility. This is probably why the lodging was so cheap. It was adequate for an overnight stay, but I would not want to stay there multiple nights.
I really like the in room fridge and microwave. Bed was pretty comfortable.
There were a couple of ants by the shower and the maids were rude.
Friendliness of staff
Hotel was in very poor condition. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The staff was not friendly and not helpful. I wish I would have stayed somewhere else!
Bed is soft And shower nice.
Room is little small and can hear outside clearly.
Excellent location for the airport
Down at heel look and feel, with relatively inattentive staff
I wanted to stay downtown Seattle near my meeting, however, it was way, way too expensive. I found a great deal on Kayak for three nights here at Ramada SeaTac, that with added car rental and daily parking downtown was still $115 cheaper than downtown hotel rate. I enjoyed Ramada. Rooms were very clean, housekeeping staff very friendly and front desk very efficient. Stay here the next time you have a meeting downtown Seattle and save.
The food in the restaurant downstairs was quite good - even if it didn't look that great. The value (low cost) was also a nice surprise. We ate both dinner and breakfast with them.
The rooms were not very clean. The bathtub was not clean and had a large patch on the side as if it had been damaged and "fixed."
The building is old.
-parking lot was secure and spacious -clean rooms and facilities -AC unit in room -shampoo/conditioner, lotion samples -coffee maker in room with coffee samples -housekeeping staff was friendly and did a wonderful job
-could hear vacuums running in the morning -front desk staff was vague and constantly busy with other tasks -unfinished overhead at back entrance *safety hazard*
