Our main complaint was in trying to reach the hotel front desk staff to inquire about where to find the shuttle and how It worked. I called 3-4 times with one answer and a hang up, and then no one answered. I called the booking management line and they called the hotel for me, then connected me to front desk, which was absolutely rude when I was asking about the shuttle. I was not familiar with SeaTac airport and where the shuttles picked up, but whomever the guy at desk was very rude about the whole process. Once we got to the curbside and called them again (mins you we called 10-15min it’s prior as leaving plane to figure this all out), He then said It would be another 20-25 minutes for the shuttle to get to SeaTac. The hotel is literally 1/2 of a mile away (.5miles!) It took us only 5 minutes to reach the hotel once the shuttle arrived. WHY DID IT TAKE 25 MINS TO GET THERE AT 11pm?! Upon arrival to lobby, no one was there at the desk for several minutes. The room was also lacking a full set of towels. Overall, okay hotel but the staff were not very pleasant.

Cons. The first room they gave us had not been cleaned, we arrived at midnight and had been traveling with no sleep for 20 hours. So we had to go back down to desk and lady was not at front desk. Extremely exhausted and having to change rooms and wait for service. Very frustrating.
Pros. It’s literally right there next to the sea/tac airport
Cons. You Park in the back and u have access with a code .... that’s good but when u walk in an go through the hall Every door has a do not smoke sign well the whole hallway smells like cigarettes and weed until I got to my room

Pros. Location is fantastic to the airport. Perfect for us as we had an overnight layover so it was good to be 3 min away from the airport.
Cons. A little noisy as it's right by the highway, but that's also why it's super convenient to the airport so you can't have one without the other. For nursing mothers, they don't have a freezer at all, but are happy to refrigerate milk for you. Airport shuttle only leaves on the half hour in the morning and ti would have been nice if it was mentioned by the staff in case you miss the sign that states this. Facilities are a bit dated in general but great value for a brief stay.

Cons. The main door was broken and the staff made me feel like I was interrupting there day/personal conversations. It was a quick reservation due to flight cancellation I should’ve researched more.
Pros. The closeness to the airport and in comparison to prices of other hotels nearby it was cheaper. All the staff we came into contact with were very nice.
Cons. The building needs to be renovated. So it felt a little dirty. When we first got to our room it was very noisy in the hallway. People talking loudly and playing music. And the person above us could be heard. We didn’t try the restaurant downstairs but the prices were a little too much. $12 for a BLT... so we chose not to eat there but walk 10 min to a subway. There are no close restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. If you have a vehicle you would be fine but we didn’t. And the places that deliver wouldn’t deliver to the hotel because they considered it too far. Even though it was only a 5-7 min drive. There were some pizza places the hotel provided that would deliver but we had had pizza for lunch so we didn’t want that for dinner. The staff we came in contact with were all very friendly though. And we just stayed for one night to catch an early flight the next morning.
