Beautiful location, beautiful suite, extremely helpful and friendly hotel staff, fantastic pool
The walls are thin as PAPER. We could here are neighbors normal coversations
We've been here before. We love it. Near the creek and use of the hotel restaurant and golf course too even though it's not related . The rooms are more like apt. Or time shares.
Quiet area, nice view. Although to be fair most of Sedona seemed to be quiet with a nice view.
The office was closed when we arrived at 7:30PM. They lost our reservations and weren't very apologetic. I had to make a few phone calls before they let us stay in an 'emergency room'. Obviously this happens often enough for them to keep spare rooms.
Jaccuzi tub surrounding area
Needs blackout curtains. no privacy with current window coverings.
The room was so upgraded with the tile and space. We were right by the 7th hole of the golf course. Everything was perfect.
I know it said we had a suite but I didn't realize we'd have a full kitchen with appliances. We would have brought food for breakfast at least. But, we had great breakfasts in Sedona.
I like I had a fridge and microwave.
Check out is at 11 but the staff starts leaf blowing and making lots of noise at 8am. When I'm on vacation I like to sleep in. Since when I work I'm up at 6am. The old man behind the desk means well but is stuck in his ways. And comes off rude. Food bad
Beautiful views from the rooms over the golf course to the red rocks in the distance. Rooms open onto the golf course with ouside seating where you can relax and enjoy the views with an evening drink or morning coffee. Situated well away from the road, the rooms are very peaceful. The kitchen is small but has everything needed for breakfast or a simple meal. We visited as a family of 4 with the kids sleeping on the sofa bed and found it very comfortable. The standard is consistent with a good 4*.
