Our stay was spectacular. We were upgraded to a family suite at check in which was a fantastic surprise. The room was beautiful and had a spectacular view of Gardens by the Bay. It was our last night in Singapore on our way home. It was perfect!

Pros (+) The rooms were absolutely amazing, spacious and very clean. The hotel itself was exceptionally cleaned. I’m in the hotel industry and have been for quite some time, actually over 17 years, So I pay close attention to how well the hotel is maintained and how well it is kept clean. 5 stars in that department.
Cons (-) The gym. For a hotel of this caliber and the size, the gym was a huge disappointment.

Pros (+) What a huge and exquisite hotel. Excellent service. Love the pool area with jazz music. Great atmosphere. The Sweet Shop has tasty sandwiches and treats. Love the mall connection with the many high-end stores. Fireworks were amazing. Enjoyed the art museum as well.

Pros (+) Overall I loved my room. Room service was fast and food was delicious! Someone actually came to my room to give me a full “how to” on everything in the room and showed me where everything was. Pool+View was amazing both from the top floor and my view. I loved how the curtains open when you enter the room to the WOW city view. Definitely worth my money and I’d do it again next chance I get.
