I went to take a shower and there were NO bath towels. Hand towels. good thing i was still dresses. the room was cool so I asked to have a blanket brought to my room. They never brought one, one cold night for me. When i went to get the towel the next morning I again asked to have a blanket brought to my room. After a day at my conference, still no blanket, I had to go to the front desk again to get a blanket. Oh, when I first checked in only one out of four lights worked. They did get 3 our of the 4 to work.
We liked everything!
Close to SFO, comfortable, close to San Francisco and reasonable price. Parking was readily available. Staff was nice.
The chair in the room looked old and dirty. The curtain kept blowing open from the air con/heating vents.
close to freeway
rain leaking. smell carpet
The bed the room not clean the carpet dirty everything look dirty
closeness to the airport. Also tv pulled out from the cabinet and rotated. However, it was a archaic crt tv. The california king sized bed was pretty big.
The floor was beyond dirty. Walking barefoot made my feet blackened. I forgot slippers and ended up feeling the sorrow of thousands of nasty guests board my soles. Air conditioning unit made a constant loud noise every so often. Made sleep almost impossible. Then the ants attacked after a few days. They made their way in at one point and were relentless ever since. I must have killed close to 500. And I was unable to fight them back. Clear eyes eye drops kill them immediately(which isn't that comforting to say I put it willingly in my face). Hot water from the coffee pot became the weapon of choice. The shower was old and the soaps provided weren't of much use. The room resisted my every effort of cleanliness. I was glad to leave when my stay was up.
The bed comfortable
motel needs some up dating shower old, and parking spots limited
Love the location
Room and bathroom was not so clean
The room that I got was a smoking room, and I ordered NON SMOKING. I thought I was going to die from 2nd hand smoke. They told me that they didn't have any non smoking rooms available for (expedia customers.) I Tried calling the front desk from the room and my phone was not even working. That facility needs Renovation REALLY BAD.
Included all the basic amenities and is one of the most affordable hotels in San Francisco.
The manager was friendly
That on Kayak we were promised free breakfast for 4 days and they told us at Travelodge that they do not provide breakfast. We had to go buy our own breakfast for all 4 days.. Room was dirty they had to move us to a king size bedroom very uncomfortable for us 3. We bookon on 7/18-7/22 Ruben Soria Con R375935614 we would like our money back $530.20. Call Ruben Soria 915920-9039. Ruben Soria address: 2037 Lyman DuttonCircle, El Paso, TX 79936
Over night stay at SFO waiting for flight is ok. Otherwise is too old and bed very uncomfortable
Standoffish staff. Check-in doesn't start till 3?
It was close to the airport. That's it.
It stunk. There were bugs everywhere. The bathroom was disgusting. The carpet had been warn down to nothing. We each only had one lumpy pillow. The mattress was old and terrible.
Free shuttle service to the airport.
The place is a dump. The front desk person was nice and friendly though. I still would never EVER stay here again.....and maybe Travel Lodge altogether.
Door key didn't work, door didn't lock once were let in. Carpet stain everywhere. Bathroom was deplorable. Smelled terrible. Feared for our safety. Was supposed to get a king size, two queens. Just the worst experience possible. Highway robbery. Also had to put an insulting $100 room deposit even though room was already paid in advance. Was told it was to cover "incidentals".
Beds are hard, pillows are flat. The facilities are ill-kept and shady looking people walking around.
close to SFO. next to Ihop but the Ihop`s service was so slow.
2 miles from SFO with a free shuttle made it easy for a quick nights sleep and a shower. The grounds were very nice and in its day, this was certainly a nice place. Housekeeping did a good job in cleaning.
I wasn't impressed with the room. Last update was probably in the 80's. The bed was hard, but clean. The tub / shower was very old, but clean. Not at all disappointed, just mindful that at the price paid, for a room in the San Francisco area, you get what you pay for.
Very helpful and friendly staff
It was close to the airport and the cheapest room I could find.
They tried to price gouge me before I made a reservation online. Wasn't even very creative, just added $100 dollars to the number I gave him from the website I first saw them on. After checking in and going to sleep someone tried to get into my room while I was sleeping. I woke up at 7 so maybe the cleaning service but doubtful. I am convinced someone was trying to rob me in my sleep and do who knows what else. Luckily I had the swing lock on, but they left the door open. I had to close the door to disengage the lock so I know I didn't leave open.
there was a dirty towel on the floor of the bathroom when we checked in, it is a very old motel, everything needs to be updated, it is waaaaaay tooo expensive for what you are getting
Room smelled like urine and the was blood on pocket door.Informed them and they said they would let housekeeping know. Charge $5.00 for "free" continental breakfast. In need of basic maintenance.
shuttle service to airport every 30 mints
full parking and how to walk to your room
Close to the airport
When I walked into the hotel room I was horrified. Dirty, disgusting facilities, gross bathroom, had to wear my shoes inside the hotel room because the carpet was nasty, the shower was a joke, moldy, peeling linoleum floor...
Not much to say in this category
The bathroom was hideous. The toilet did not flush when we got in. The door to get in and out of the bathroom is very difficult. The shower looked like it was an outdoor shower at a swimmimg pool. The whole place needs an upgrade. Very musty smell.
