This hotel is nice but it’s outdated and for old people.

Very nice hotel and close to everything. Highly recommended for future travelers to Japan.
Pros (+) The location was amazing but that's about it
Cons (-) Rooms very outdated, very pretentious staff, everything that has to do with this hotel is ridiculously overpriced! We to check out one hour later than planned after a 6 night stay and they asked us to pay a fee... very disappointing
Pros (+) Close to Shinjuku station. Fun restaurants nearby.
Cons (-) Waited on average 10 minutes for elevators, which were full and stopped almost every floor. No seating in lobby. Restaurants in hotel very overpriced. Would not stay there agin.
