The hotel is big but in a perfect location near the Shinjuku train station. A plus is there are a lot of food options around. Another positive is the airport shuttle drops off and picks up there. The negative: Since it's a big hotel it doesn't have a lot of personality, but it was comfortable, clean, and the staff was pleasant. Cons (-) Rooms very outdated, very pretentious staff, everything that has to do with this hotel is ridiculously overpriced! We to check out one hour later than planned after a 6 night stay and they asked us to pay a fee... very disappointing

Pros (+) Close to Shinjuku station. Fun restaurants nearby.
Cons (-) Waited on average 10 minutes for elevators, which were full and stopped almost every floor. No seating in lobby. Restaurants in hotel very overpriced. Would not stay there agin.
