I liked the balcony in my room, the extremely comfortable bed, and the huge shower. The hotel was an interesting layout and the grounds were beautiful. We had to check out very early and the staff made sure we were able to eat for breakfast.

I didn't like that there was no way to book through the hotel to get the same rates (or even similar) to what was on Kayak/Hotels.com. I always like to book directly if possible, however the Kayak process worked perfectly.

This hotel is an old hotel in Tucson in an area that used to be nice. It is walled all around for safety but I (born and raised in Tucson) did not feel safe there. I would say this hotel a 2 star. I forgot toothpaste, they had none. UGH

I did not eat there but heard that the food was good. There is nothing within walking distance! Bed was sagging and the decor was dated.

This used to be a beautiful hotel with a great reputation in Tucson. It must have taken on new ownership. I would never stay there again, even thought of getting a different hotel and paying for it! It is obviously staying afloat on a past reputation and I, for one, will never fall for that again!

The hotel was really clean, and the pool was amazing.

The staff was inconsistent. Some were extremely nice and helpful and others were rude and acted as if you were an inconvienice, especially at the swim up bar. We sat there for 10-15 mins before we were asked if we had been helped.

We had booked a traditional king room and then at check in they had us in a double bed. It was the weekend of the iron chef challenge so there were no other rooms available so we got stuck in the double bed.

The one bedroom suites were huge!!! The views were amazing and it really felt like you were away from town camping out in the desert.

Without a car, it was inconvenient to try to get to a grocery store or restaurant other than the barbecue onsite or a couple of places up at the Marriott. I would have loved a shuttle that could take you to the closest shopping center.

Great kitchen - everything you could need. Full size fridge and washer/dryer which was wonderful. Above all, the people were so incredibly nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back in a heartbeat!

Bid price awarded for star rating was exceptional. Off season access to such facility is a great promotional management.

Slightly remote from mainstream access i.e. food/gas, but if looking for peace & quite , location is superb.

A single 2bd room which I assume is the smaller Rm. of suite's w/ shared inner door. Room is spacious, large closet, large bathroom, good natural light w/ view, but private. Furnishings are clean , well thought-out , slightly dated i.e. table&chairs should be changed out to a desk -like table, something that caters to business . LCD TV is 27in. too small for watching from bed.

Our superior suite was spacious. The location was very good for us.

Lack of ventilation until we complained and requested a fan. Unusually hot weather made it very stuffy. Towels and linens were very shabby and threadbare.

Priceline FAILED to make our reservation. We were lucky that there was a vacancy.

Very nice building in a shitty area, run by apathetic Native Americans.

Staff extremely unwilling or unknowing of alternative activities for families when their security shut down the pool for 8 hours, due to a one hour thunderstorm. If the pool was to be shut down for the night just say so, stop the BS lies of "We might open it later...Keep checking back" The service desk never informed us that there as a fitness facility that families could use, rather she directed us to a strip mall in one of the worst areas of Tucson. The surrounding neighborhood is ghetto and slum-like, on a good day. The morning news mentioned how someone was shot the night we stayed within 1/2 mile of the hotel.

We traveled with 4 kids (ages 18 months, 6, 7, and 8 years). The staff made us feel very welcomed. They immediately brought more pillows, a pull away bed, and coffee for the Kreurig machine when they saw the kids. Excellent job!

The resort fee was $25 for our one night stay!

The pool is country club not typical Arizona resort. However, this was great for us because the kiddie pool was 1' 6' perfect for our little one. The larger pool is a lap pool.

The room was clean and spacious.

The check-in process was painfully long and confusing. At first they couldn't confirm our reservation from Kayak. Next they couldn't find us an available room that was the type that we reserved. Finally, there was a problem with their payment system that was rejecting all of my cards. Staff was overworked.

The room itself was nice, bed and pillows very comfortable.

lunch at GOLD on July 3rd. Wait staff terrible long wait, food was bad. Chips stale, salsa boring,we asked for Cholula to spice up, waitress said yes they had that, brought us something different in silver cup - she lied. we vowed to not eat there again.

We were out for day the arriving back at room around 11 pm, our door was not closed all the way, maid staff took towels without replacing used ones. Don't feel resort fee was justified. BUT the room was nice - recommend hotel, not restaurant. A friend did mention room burglarized while there, resort did nothing and suggested homeowner's insurance to cover loss.

The staff is what saved this experience from being a total waste. The room had some nice amenities to it as well.

There were many insects & spiders in and around our room which made it a very stressful stay with two toddlers.Parking was VERY far away from our room. Walking that distance in the dark was not the best situation.

The hotel itself is beautiful, most of the staff is great and helpful. We were told upon check-in that our room would be upgraded for free only to be charged for it at check-out. Upon bringing the issue up to the front desk, he said 'I will fix it THIS TIME but just know I cannot do it again'. That made me feel like they got the impression I was trying to scam them or something when really all I was doing was trying to get some clarification on what I was told. We will not be staying here again. Despite being a resort, the insect issue we had in our room (we killed more than 6 spiders and other creepy crawlies in just the firs...

Prices are either the average per night price per room or first night of stay. You can select to display the prices with or without our estimate of taxes & fees (which may not appear on provider's booking page but will be charged at hotel checkout). Before you complete your reservation, verify the total cost on the provider's site. Prices and availability are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.

More questions or if you have a bad price to report to us
