Cons:Facility keeps a rough clientele, rooms are so barren they echo when you talk or watch tv. No bedside lamps so either the room light is on or it’s off. Tub leaked the whole time, bed was crazy uncomfortable you could feel even rusty spring. Pillows were tissue paper thin.
Pros:Upon arrival I realized that the picture does that place way too much justice. The picture made it look quaint. Actually its just tacky. The. Building is badly weathered and not kept up from the outside. The parking lot had trash and cigarette butts all over the place. The inside looked better than the outside representation. I had to wait twenty minutes for the one customer ahead of me to check in. They had already been at the window when we walked in. The only reason I had made a reservation because I knew I was going to be pressed for time. I only had two hours before my appointment and it was a holiday weekend. When the South Asian woman was done there was no greeting or anything . I figured it was our turn since she just stood there. I showed her my reservation and that I'd already paid for the room and she replied "We don't advertise on the internet anymore." Why when I pulled up the site you were one of the first to show up? She goes on to tell me, she would not honor the price or the reservation. She continuously pointed at the computer screen but wouldn't turn the screen around. She was clearly lying and waisting my time. She said it's been a year since they used any internet promotion. I continuously see them advertised. Fortunately, I was able to speak with a kind person from the customer service number on Kayak's site. It would have only taken moment to fix, but the unethical woman, stood there not answering the phone. I eventually was able to get a room at a much more classy establishment. I guess good rooms aren't cheap and cheap rooms aren't good. They will never get business from me or my company ever again. They can continue catering to the prostitutes and crackheads that have found home in their "hotel."
Cons:Everything the place is tacky and bad business owners. They need to find business ethics.
