Very nice employees
The cleanliness of my room, needed more cleaning details the room smells the carpet was dirty and you can smell it
location close Stanley park. Very clean and romantic setting. Fantastic view of the downtown
Beds were hard and uncomfortable
The location, mini kitchen &1 bedroom suite, the hotels restaurant and a great coffee shop were all great for the cost.
The pillows were not confortable at all to get a good night rest
Huge suites with a nice kitchen. The view from our suite was beautiful. The front desk staff were outstanding. Helpful and understanding when there were any questions or requests. High value for a downtown hotel.
The plumbing needs to be brought up to modern standards.
We enjoyed the shuttle to Capalino park.
The cushion cover for the couch was pulling apart. Wish we had not been put in a pet friendly room, as we did not have a pet.
Great location! Fairly cheap considering the hotel was pretty nice and right downtown. Cool to have a comedy show at the hotel.
We booked 2 rooms. They were described as the exact same room, with 2 double beds and a pullout couch. But one was much bigger - at least twice the size with a pullout couch, the othe rmuch smaller with just a chair - no couch! There was no ice machine, so you had to order ice. There was no charge, but it's customary to tip so there really is a cost, and it took a long time for 1 small bag of ice to come -about 20-30 minutes! The check in staff were not very friendly. It was nice to have a lounge at the hotel, but the service was very slow and the food pretty good, but way over priced for what it was. There was no elevator from the parking. We had to walk up/down a couple flights of stairs to get to the elevator - really weird.
Excellent. One of the better hotels I've stayed in in Vancouver. Just great over all experience
A great value for the money. Our room wasn't fancy but was clean, spacious and had a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is unbeatable.
