Lovely setting with pool, easy parking , spacious clean rooms , good handy restuarant with great breakfast included . Close to everything we wanted more...

Horrible

Based on my family's expereince at the Pepper Tree (Anaheim, CA), at best, this is an old wreak of a dump. Just one look at their 25+ years old TV more...
