Everything about this flight was good except for the very end when I reached my destination. Everyone from the tune to the wheelchair escorts were great with the case were great but I miss you with people at the check in this at the very end. I need help from the chicken desk because I forgot my pillow on the plane The female worker at the chicken desk said that they found my pillow and she was going to retrieve it for me. She left a 30 minutes without any update and her so she saw me walking back and forth waiting for her and they didn't even bother calling her or radioing her for any updates. They were busy because they were behind schedule and they were overwhelmed but thanks because at least glanced me and try to give me an update just a quick radio check or phone call. I don't care about the pillow but if you tell me to wait, I waited for at least half an hour before I said something and I just left because they wouldn't bother talking to me so I could, so everything's going in the review. I took pictures of the two men that were left working at the check-in counter. The totally ignored me despite the signals I've been giving them. I don't see any offers in the kayak review to add pictures or screenshots so I'm going to post another review I don't know their name but I'm pretty sure Delta will find other names when they see the review. Google with pictures. There was another guy at the chicken counter bring an orange workers vest who finally left after telling me that the girl that was retrieving my pillow is working the gates now. That would have been if they just told me that's what happened. But I had no update. Make me wait for nothing. Thank you Delta airlines!

We had a great experience with Delta. They helped us from the start at the kiosk all the way to our final destination, including help reassigning and upgrading our seats free of charge at the gates, escorts with the wheelchair for my brother and even getting our luggage at baggage claim for us. I also had special help because I forgot my pillow on the plane. The wheelchair escort contacted for associates at the check-in desk all the way back to the plane and retrieved my pillow for me.

Crew was real good, flight was smooth and came in early.

The CRJ-900 was clean but the overhead air vents were broken in our First Class row, making the cabin very hot until about 30 mins into the flight. The flight attendants were both extremely apologetic and accommodating though so that is why I rated the flight as very good. They checked on us many times and truly showed they cared. The snacks for an hour and a half flight could be better. Would be nice if there was a small plated meal over convenient store snacks. WiFi also was not working. And it would be nice if Delta had adjustable headrests on these planes.

New high end luggage ruined/zippers broken, items missing. All happened on return flight from msp to mso. Do better! Not store bought luggage but high end personalized ogio custom embroidered luggage. Total slap in the face ontop of an extra luggage fee that took me 3 hrs on chat to resolve.

Communication doesn't exist. If you have any issues nobody will help you. I was told that the supervisor doesn't want to talk to us no matter what we need, so if you have a problem that's your problem. And the website doesn't work also, even to pay in advance for the first baggage fee. People with handicap needs of assistance are in a very bad situation also, because one single person has to handle two or three wheelchair at the same time, running and living you alone literally at the airplanes door waiting when even the pilots and crew members are already living and about to close the gate and you are there waiting for someone to show up to take you in a wheelchair to where you need to go, and some employees are nice and still trying to help you, but is hard to them to hand to much, and others are just very rude, and even told us that they are looking for better jobs. The food wasn't enough for all the passengers and the ones like us on the back of the aircraft had no choice but accept what of left doesn't what it was because the people of the front took most the food. The delays were everywhere and people walking gate to gate to find where they should go for checking, but nobody knew anything because they changed everything on last minute. You, the passengers, have nothing you could do about nothing, even when you told them that the rules and regulations says that if that is a delay more than 3 hours they should pay you for that, but what they gave us was only 12 dollars for me and 12 dollars for my daughter, two handicap people after all these troubles, and after we had the need to beg for water and food. Everything in our trip was just terrible 😕 😪 😩 from the beginning to the end when the people that suppose to assist us with the wheelchairs left us in a isolated spot where we should wait for Uber to pick us up, in the meadow of the night due to the flight delay (departure was 7:55 PM, MCO to Logan, and was delayed until 12:45 AM, when we were already waiting for our connection for more the 3 hours from the previous flight from GRU/Brazil with Latam, the worse carrier ever). But we did accept the voucher for food and again they left us at the court food at the airport and we had to call them to go there and pick us up otherwise they would not even notice that we would being left behind. I don't really appreciate anything 😕 and I felt disrespected disappointed and very frustrated because nothing worked even before on the website, the phone calls, and the rest I already told you.

The flight was operated by Latam. The aircraft had a technical issue and the flight was delayed for the next day. They grounded other passengers to get their airplane assigned to my flight. Most of he ground staff don't speak English (Orlando Airport), but were very polite. The crew on the other hand could speak English and Portuguese. On board service was good.

Getting to the flight was arduous and lengthy. The flight itself was good but the food option wasn’t a good selection. I need to do a Kosher option on my return. Flight crew were nice

Quick check in. Everything went smooth. I don't know what can be done about airline food.

Logan airport construction meant that boarding was chaotic crowded and delayed

Horrible. No TV or any type of entertainment on board. Passwnger listening to/watching stuff on their own phone with no headphones making it noise and uncomfortable for everyone else, little/tiny food portions, old seats, useless wifi (cant access anything). Horrible exlerience especially it was a lomg distance flight with kids.

There should be a warning regarding the quality of the aircraft on the website as we reserve the tickets. There was no TV or any type of screen onboard. The wifi they offer is good for nothing. Traveling 9 hours straight with kids and no type of entetainment was horrible. I wish I had been informed prior so I could buy a ticket with another airline. The food was a joke too. A very tiny portion per passenger. They also charged $100 per checked bag. With United I used to pay $60. So, fair to say that I wont be flying Copa anymore. Their aircraft was super old, outdated, no entertainment, with nearly no onboard food.

Very strict carry on rules meant most of the plane had to gate check their luggage. As is often the case had things that were broken because of this, but I appreciated not being charged to gate check. Otherwise good flight and great crew once on the plane

I liked the meatloaf the chicken was awful but the plane was on time and got there and the staff was nice.

Boarding was quick & efficient; they gave boarding groups due priority; staff & air crew were very cordial and helpful, pleasant flight.

Very happy with my flight. I would definitely recommend it.

Did upgrade, travel in business it was great (more room I could sleep)

Placed us in the last rear row of the plane so could not recline seats because of the rear wall, and also made it more of a tight space when the passenger in front reclined their seat. While understand seat assignments, every passenger should be afforded a reclining seat. The odor control scent from the restrooms was overwhelming strong. My wife and I could not deal with it, and she suffered a terrible headache as a result. I kept getting hit by the crew since I was on the ilse seat. No apologies, nothing. They made me feel like I was supposed to take the beating for a 3 hr flight.

The plane doesn’t have screens but you can use your decide for entertainment. Pack a snack too since they don’t offer any, and the meal is pretty small and you will get hungry

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

Apart of Sky miles delta. And they go everywhere in Brazil

There was a mechanical issue with the plane that they had to work on before we could take off. That's fine, by all means, PLEASE make sure the mechanics are functioning properly. What was a problem was the fact that we sat on the tarmac for 4.5 hours without moving, without letting us off the plane, and without climate control and air running through the plane. There was no explanation as to what was going on; they just kept promising that it would be "15 minutes, then we are on our way." At one point, they even switched the entire crew out and told everyone we just needed to wait for new employees to show up. Then, as the 4 hours were not moving, an hour before the full refund, they made a big show about "the flight starting and the doors are locked, so you have to sit down." We didn't move for another 40 minutes; they were just trying to skirt around legalities that entitled us to restitution. When the flight finally was underway, the plane was gigantic but cramped in design, my entertainment screen kept freezing and glitching, and subtitles didn't work, and the crew was passive-aggressive. Terrible flight.

I couldn't travel, now I can't get a refund and to change the date I have to pay an absurd fine.

My biggest complaint is the comfort. I am not tall and there was no legroom. It was very uncomfortable. During my transfer in Sao Paola, the flight was slightly delayed so boarding was confusing because there were no instructions in English.

I never got this flight. You sent me to Chile!!! And from Chile I got the other flight to São Paulo... I've arrived 7h latter than I was supposed to arrive because of Delta delays.

Basic experience, we were delayed causing less time to enjoy our destination and on the way back, we boarded when the flight should have been taking off.

Very slow boarding, 1 hour late - uncomfortable chairs and crew barely speaking english even at the airport!

The flight itinerary was changed 3 times, I explain the problem on the previous leg.

4 hours delay, awful food and missed all my connections because of the delay to be rebooks for a flight 10 hrs later back home and never actually make it to my final destination

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

The pilots landing and taking off was very bad on the first flight, the second one taking off was great but landing was also rough

The check in and on the ground experience is very poor. Their online check and trip management is the worst I have ever seen and they have long lines to check in at the airport, technology is glitchy/unusable and have exorbitant baggage fees. The flight itself is fine, although the food is about what you would expect and their was no functioning entertainment for an international flight.

My experience with this flight was extremely negative and resulted in serious financial and personal consequences. The flight departed with a significant delay, which caused me to miss my international connecting flight. As a direct result of this delay — which was entirely beyond my control — I was unable to reach my final destination on time, causing me to lose a previously scheduled hair transplant surgery that had been arranged months in advance. This was not a minor inconvenience. The surgery involved: • A reserved operating room • Medical and technical staff scheduled specifically for that date • Surgical instruments prepared in advance • Strict scheduling that does not allow for easy rescheduling Due to the airline’s delay and poor handling of the situation: • I lost already paid international flight tickets • I was forced to purchase new tickets, incurring duplicate expenses • I spent over six additional hours in airports, under stressful conditions • I incurred unexpected costs for meals and transportation • I lost a medical opportunity that cannot be easily recovered, along with the emotional distress associated with it Although the airline covered one night of hotel accommodation, this did not address the real impact of the delay, nor the significant damages caused by missing a critical medical procedure. The lack of punctuality, planning, and effective solutions reflects a serious lack of responsibility toward passengers, especially when international connections and time-sensitive medical commitments are involved. I do not recommend this airline for travelers with important schedules, medical appointments, or critical connections. In my case, the delay did not merely cause inconvenience — it resulted in the loss of a surgery and substantial financial damage.

I was not able to get on the flight due to delays out of Philadelphia. I arrived in MIA at 10:30pm and there was no one at the GOL Desk. Is there any flight credit available for this flight?

It was really bad. Inexperienced and rude people during check-in in Miami, a small and uncomfortable airplane, and problems with the airline caused me to lose my connection flight in Brasilia. Terrible experience!

Obviously it would be better if we had screens available.

Very bad. Boarding was a caos and pick up luggage took more than an hour. There was no entertainment on board.

The plane was fine and the crew was very nice. Even though we bought our tickets eight months in advance and had seats reserved, they changed our seats. Instead of being in seats 7E and 7F, we were separated and put in two middle seats away from each other. When checking in, the attendant put us in an exit row together, but 10 rows back from where we had reserved. But you have to be younger than 60 to be in an exit row. So when everyone else boarded we were moved to last row 33, right next to bathrooms.

There is no food being served at Gol due to COVID situation. Which is understandable but still disappointed because others airlines are offering.

Too much delay in the first two flights, so I lost the connection to the final destination.

I had problems issuing the online boarding pass for this connecting flight. I had two booking codes (Kayak and American Airlines) and neither of them worked; I didn't receive a booking code from Gol. I had to call the airline (Gol), which gave me a third booking code that allowed me to issue the boarding pass. Even so, the QR code on this boarding pass didn't work at any point between entering the airport and actually boarding, which required document checks by airport and airline staff.

For an international flight the seats were smaller than most flight I have been on in economy. I don’t know the size of the seats or perhaps it was the size of the seat dividers that made the seats feel smaller and little amount of space to even turn your body if you needed to

Gate agent tried hard to be helpful. Flight was just fine, some information was even in English. Fortaleza is a nice airport.

Appreciate having multiple food options for allergies. Nice to have an extra seat between us for comfort.

Flight was delayed 17 hours due to aircraft issues. American did provide hotel, transportation and meals, 3 hours past boarding time, but it took us another hour to get the vouchers.

My flight was delayed for 17hs because the pilot forgot his passport!!! What a joke. AA used to be a great airline, now I have to think twice before flying with them again.

Food was terrible, all served at once, poor quality . Wine and bread offered only once.

Flight cancelled. Added a day and a half to my travel. American Airlines DID put me in a hotel for two nights, but have not given any money back for any of this! I spent money on an apartment at my destination that I basically wasted because I could not arrive.

It was a good regional flight. Bring your own iPad or iPhone to connect to the plane's wifi for movies. There were just some cookies for a snack. The plane is parked on the tarmac and you'll take a bus to the plane, and carry your carry-on up the steps to the plane. Sao Paulo is the country's main airport. I wouldn't expect to be taking a bus and walking up steps to the airplane at the main airport. The plane was a modern 737 Max 8 and comfortable and clean.

When the first leg of my American Airlines flight from Atlanta to Miami to Sao Paulo to Brasilia was cancelled because of a tropical storm in Miami, American Airlines put me on Delta Atlanta to Sao Paulo where I caught my original Sao Paulo to Brasilia flight. American Airlines could have put me on a flight the next day or even 2 or 3 days later. But, the agent went above and beyond and made sure I got to Brasilia on time.
