Flight itself was great! Snacks are never really good; in this case, the "butter braids" and Biscotti cookie were both hard. The attendants' were good. We felt we found a good deal on the cost. The check-in process was very smooth: Alaskan Airlines always does a good job. Boarding was pretty timely, too. We fly Alaskan whenever possible and will continue to do so.

Wasn’t an Alaska plane so the seats were very thinly padded- glad I wasn’t going further.

Service was excellent. Staff at check in cleared hurdles for me so I could travel with my service animal.

Clean plane, relatively spacious in Main Cabin. One experience: I'm 79, with torn rotator cuff (R shoulder). I asked for help getting my carryon into the overhead bin and was told that the staff "does not help with this" (or some such phrase. On previous flights, help has been offered (and accepted). I prevailed on a fellow passenger for this. Also, why not board back to front?? Would this not help in the speed of boarding?

The process was professional and really informative. I personally did not find any issue with thr process from start to finish.

Flight was late but crew was very efficient and friendly.

Not a good experience, we were delayed by an hour due to maintenance issues.

It was a very short flight. No snack or drink. The steward stayed seated the whole time. The plane was comfortable. Boarding in Pullman was a breeze, only 1 gate. I would definitely fly thru there again.

After upgrading and paying for seat I was bumped from my seat. When I went to ask why she said I wasn’t assigned a seat because the ticket I purchased. After kindly explaining to her I upgraded the night before and paid for that seat she said how I was wrong and that something must have happened. I showed her my receipt and she still said there was an error. This is why I only fly delta. The flight attendant was rude as well but I don’t want to waste anymore time talking about how poor Alaska is. Delta here I come!
