landed in panama it was in terminal one. We had to take a bus to terminal two for customs. Then back to terminal one. It was very frustrating. Then, on the way back from panama it was the same situation. We had to go back and forth between terminals to check in and drop our bags and then to board. When we were leaving, we had to wait in line for the boarding area and go through another gate security process. They told the bottles of water and coffee were bought while in line in the airport after we passed the main security. Ridiculous (and expensive). A much better communication system is needed.

Finalmente me envían a las carreras con Avianca, pero Copa lleva mis maletas hasta Panama y luego las devuelve a mi aeropuerto de origen, dejandome sin mis pertenencias y además no asumen la responsabilidad ya que dicen que es problema de Avianca Literalmente vi cuando el avión de Copa se lleva mis maletas, sus funcionarios en Bogota, incluyendo la gerente local me aseguran la entrega en Miami, pero simplemente era para poder engañarme y dar el cambio de silla por sobreventa

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

I do not read or speak in Spanish. Only English. When asking for help, the people spoke quickly in English and pointed a lot. I wish they would’ve spoken a little slower for me to understand. There was much confusion and hurried in their message and I was unclear as to where to go

I didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms on the plane. Almost had a very bad situation.

Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

I expected the plane to be as the one I took from manaos to Bogota and unfortunately it wasn’t as nice, the sits didn’t recline and there was not onboard entertainment.

Seat space was terrible no food on a six hour flight

Boarding was very expedite. The chairs are fixed you can't rest comfortable during the flight.

No comfort at all. You should add at least 1 meal or a bottle of water. I wanted to buy one sandwich and everything was gone.

I was in business class. There was an excellent headset. But half an hour before arrival they collected them! The rest of the trip I had to use a cheap earphone. There must be a better way to protect the headphones.

They ocer booked the connecting flight. My bags took a long time to come out, nevertheless I got to the gate in time to board, but they have given my seat to another passenger. They were aware I was connecting from another flight that was a little late, but they did not care. The customer representatives were rude. A horrible experience.

A disaster, I lost my connection due to overcrowding at the Miami airport, having a 3-hour layover and the airline did nothing to reboard me on time and I had to sleep on the floor for 18 hours.

Nice aircraft. Plane was PACKED full and distance between seats was tight. Had it been more than a two hour flight it would not have been tolerable. I had much more knee space on the JetBlue flight I went out on.

Let me start by saying our connecting flight was cancelled for a maintenance issue but American airlines blamed it on the weather. When rebooking my flight the lady said it was because of maintenance. Our incoming flight wasn't delayed at that time. So we could fly into bad weather but not fly out of bad weather??? Doesn't seem realistic to me. Then our incoming flight was delayed 3 different times. No meal vouchers for lunch or dinner. Just to be on the hottest plane I have ever been on and they didn't serve water or snacks. Never again! Take this warning do not fly AA ever. There are over 3,000 people at the Miami airport due to 27 cancellations. The flight attendants and pilots should be fired.

Flight to Phoenix was delayed 1 hour and was not weather related. Flight Denver was delayed 2.5 hours and again was not weather related as the plane came from San Francisco.

My overall experience was wonderful. American airlines looked after me very well in all my flights. I'm especially thankful with the way they dealt with my connection Phoenix - Honolulu, in which I had less than 20 mins to board, and the staff were able to get me in, as well as my luggage. A big thanks to them!

No nice at all, delayed and I lost the connection over xmas

The flight was delayed and we were told the airplane is on its way to the gate from the hangar. We were told this for 2 hours and the flight was continually delayed in ~30 minute increments. Then we ended up having a new airplane. The issue wasn’t clearly communicated and it left everyone feeling confused about when we would actually be leaving. Whenever they communicated a new boarding time it felt arbitrary and random. The boarding process was a mess and disorganized, which made it last longer than necessary. Landing was rough. Seats were uncomfortable.

The weight limit per bag was really low - 40 lbs - so we had to pay extra. Then, they said their carry on size was 14x18x8, and we measured our bag very carefully. It was within the limit, yet they said it was too big, so we ended up paying an extra $100 for that too!! So it wasn’t the cheap flight we thought it would be. Then, they moved up our initial flight to depart 3 hours earlier which meant we had to be out on the road by 7 am and then have a 6 hour layover and we got home at 2am. It was a grueling day. I won’t be flying with them again.

The seemingly have no respect for their customers, on any level. Definitely my last time flying spirit.

Seats are very small and extremely hard. Too close together. The person next to me had average shoulders and was very far into my 'space'.

I had a phobia for Spirit and now is 100% confirmed. Flight delayed, missed connecting flight and staying overnight . Now not even able to get my boarding pass until I’ll get into the airport. It’s really really bad at this point

Lower price not worth it. Delayed missed connection. Would have taken 24 hours to get to Atlanta. No takes your vouchers making them useless. Never again.

I DID MY CHECK ON THE SCREEN AND BECAUSE OF THAT THEY HAD TO REPEAT IT AT THE BOARDING COUNTER BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION, ALSO I HAVE ONLY ONE BACKPACK AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I SELECTED IT TO DO A RANDOM REVIEW OF ALL THE THINGS THAT I HAVE THERE AND THEY DECIDE THAT IT WAS TOO MUCH EVEN THE MEASURE WAS OK, WHICH WAS A WEIRD SITUATION AFTER THEY REVIEW IT AND IT WAS OK, I HAE TO DO AGAIN THE WHOLE LINE TO INSIDE THE PLANE, THEY ASKED ME ALSO IF I WANT A MORE ROOM PLACE WITH IT THINK WAS NICE BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY GOING TO CHARGE ME, I TOLD THEM THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR THAT AND I DON'T WANT IT THEN I NOTICE THAT WAS PLENTY OF OPEN CHAIRS, MY THOUGHT WAS WHY THEY DON'T ASSIGN THOSE CHAIR TO THE TRAVELERS TO HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE INSTEAD OF HAVE THEM EMPTY.

Everything could’ve been better. Crew members were rude, entitled, unhelpful, and most of all just unprofessional in every sense of the word. Flight was delayed, gate was changed, bags took about an hour to be delivered. Honestly, it’s the worse possible experience I’ve ever had flying!!! That’s my review… Nothing is gonna change nor anyone will address this so writing this is even useless…
