Flight was changed twice. Original flight was scheduled at 5:30pm. Weeks before flight, flight was changed to 7:00pm. On the date of flight, flight was delayed and departed at 9:00pm. This caused many problems and significantly affected our schedule at our destination.

Flight was on time. Transfer was in same terminal. Flight attendants were very accommodating. .

Smooth. Courteous. Fun. One problem: the wheels on my checked roller back were broken when I picked up baggage at destination. Must have happened during flight baggage handling but I don’t know where.

Overall good flight, smooth and on time and comfortable. Disappointing that food is not served and you can't purchase the snack packs on the plane.

Assigned last seat in row Did not recline at all Alaska Air seemed to have more leg room than my last few flights on United Yay!

I was seated at the back of the plane and the flight attendants were fantastic. I did not get food so can’t say. Thought the movie selection was lean.

I did not like anything about that flight. The check in at the gate was horrible. The inflight service was bad and WiFi was not available for me to be able to entertain myself since it was a long flight.

I had never flown Alaska before but I definitely will again . Their app is great and the staff was nice , the plane was clean and comfortable . I've been trying to think of something to complain about but I honestly cannot think of anything . And Alaska itself - wow! Such beauty everywhere out there

I think in 6:15 hrs flight the airlines should give some meal and not just couple of cookies People reach their homes at around 12 mid night and then they have to make dinner and eat I started my home at around 5 o clock and no food till 12 midnight You should give some reasonable meal in flight Thanks
