Three hour flight so snacks and basic drinks unless you pre buy as usual. Didn’t do my emtertainment as was tired after 23 hours of travel. You have to use your own device on US flights if travelers aren’t aware so if you only use your cell phone that can be small. Crew are great.

It was very good. I love flying with Alaska air.

Very helpful with my mother who needed a wheelchair at both ends and everything went as expected

The flight was great, the crew was great. Our complaint was that there are no TV screens built into the seats. We used our tablets but drained my battery just watching a movie. The movie and TV selection were okay but not great.

Staff was great. Flight was cramped, and flight to Spokane was delayed.

Not great. The flight was delayed, then when we were on the plane we spent over an hour taxiing before take off. We arrived very late and it took a long time for the luggage to arrive. I wish you all Happy Holidays though.

I missed my connection and no one did anything g to help me

Everything was very good. Alaska Air can’t help the airport delay

Good flight and crew. Wonderful to be on time! Only drawback, I didn’t know ahead of time there was no back-of-the-seat tv screen.
