Seats are quite small, but due to the plane being empty we were aloud to switch seats to have more room
The water was handed out as we were entering the plane, instead of when we are set down and our hands are free of luggage. There was absolutely no food offered from Sofia to London, except a low quality chocolate, which was not delicious. The flight between London and Miami was ok, as far as service and food, but it was absolutely freezing, throughout the whole aircraft, especially in the back seats, I had to cover my head with a scarf, besides using the blanket and still I was feeling extremely uncomfortable. The passengers seating around me shared the same opinion. We did ask for something to be done about it. The gentleman did try to adjust it, but the effect last very short time, and towards the end of the flight it was extremely cold and blowing strong again ….
Cons: "Staff seemed confused and would not let us seat at our assigned seats which we picked in order to accommodate our baby. Instead they put us in an even worse spot and decided to ignore the people that took out seats and left them be."

Cons: "I wanted to note that while screaming at gate D1 the stuff was beyond horrible. Lazy to talk, a lady who was on the screaming machine kept making nasty comments, really inappropriate addressing foreigners and people who speak Bulgarian. I found it highly disturbing, border line harassing. You can’t work customer service and be such a nasty grumpy person. Everywhere in the world that attitude won’t be allowed, or sanctions must apply. The lady who was collecting money for the checked bag was extremely rude and lazy. Almost kicked me out for not paying for my checked bag online. Excuse me? Why is she there then? The flight was fine. However, the flight attendance slipped the last 2 rows with drinks. Please make sure that the people who work at Sofia airport get some kind of basic human training. Unfortunately, they do not wish to make you feel welcomed or cared for."

Bulgarian airlines lied to us in Sofia that we would be rerouted on other airlines and find out our new tickets only at transfer desks in milan. There were NO transfer desks"

It is standard with Ryanair, as FF with Ryanair you dont expect too much, and Ryanair never disappoints. At least it is reliable.

Letting people wait outside for boarding in the rain and almost 0 degrees for a high temperature destination is very customer unfriendly
Cons: "allow a carry on bag to be same as international standard in size and weight. Do you expect international tourists to buy carry on bags that fits your specifications for size and weight? Why do not except same size as other international carriers?"

One of the luggages got damages in one of its corners. Probably need to buy a new one. Could not report it as the damage was found outside the airport.

We tried to eat something and there were sold out. It is a long flight in dinner time and we could not eat (while in their advertisement they claim to have many things). A shame.
The worst flight we ever had..I ve been attack by another passenger who just throw à bag to me for no reason ...I ask the fligjt attendant to do something...she havent ..she was as rude as the passenger and told me if im not happy à The door is still open I can get out of the plane...it was one of the first time also I 've pay à big extra to have confort sent...and its been hell... I think it was like an extra about 56 euros total ... I regret that I paid for this extra....and for what I get..I deserve respect ....

Kayak directed me to checking in on Czech Airlines but did not work, spent nearly 2 hours to figure out I need to check in on Smartwing .com, but luggage fee needs to be paid to Czech Airlines, and seat selection fee paid to Smartwing."

The flight was canceled and we lose our train to Paris, we had to pay $225 for new tickets Brussel-Paris and we lose our hotel night in Paris for $221 !! It is not fair that’s the airline didn’t assume his responsibility! I hope TUI refund all these expenses.
The checkin was not allowed until 2 hours before the flight, which is fine, except that I wanted to check my suitcase sooner. Then the gate was not announced until 15 minutes before the flight, which seemed late, particularly since the gate was the very last one on the terminal (D-68). It would be difficult for people with mobility issues to get there in time. The flight was fine. I wish the seats reclined, but this is a budget airline, so no expectations. Overall, I would do it again if I needed to fly Tui Airlines.
