$208 Find cheap flights from Cancún to Montego Bay

Both flights yesterday, experienced hard landings. Harder than I’ve ever felt before. Im hopeful there was weather involved and not pilot error. Other than the landing, the flight was quite good~

The flight was 90 minutes long and the stewardesses were extremely slow. I was in row 16 and they did not serve us drinks until we were descending for landing in a 90 minute flight. Unacceptably slow and at least 10 rows (20 to 31) did not receive any drinks or snacks for the entire duration of the flight because of the slowness of the stewardesses. There is no rationale to delay beverage service to brew coffee for a flight at six p m.

Plane took off without me, my stepdad and a dozen other passengers. It went from an hour delay to boarding in 15 montures without notifying anyone. Names were not called overhead. Now I’m missing a day of work and stuck in Charolette overnight paying for a hotel and Ubers out of pocket

After my luggage was grabbed by another passenger, by accident, I chose to speak with the American Airlines staff within the airport. Not only was the customer support staff uninformed but also very argumentative, making this situation harder to deal with. I was only able to finally retrieve my luggage thanks to the passenger who took it contacting me due to the tags on the luggage. All of this was happening during another 2 hour delay and 3 gate changes. Horrible airline with disgusting, on the ground, customer support staff.

The experience with American Airlines was terrible from beginning to end. Flight 1210 from Cancun to Charlotte was delayed three times. AA customer service at the CUN airport could not provide information on why or how to accommodate me if I missed my connecting flight at CLT due to the delays. Upon arrival to CLT, de-boarding the plane was a horrible experience. You all should have allowed passengers with departing connecting flights within the hour, to get off the plane first! It caused so many passengers to lose valuable time waiting to get off the plane, and then the long lines in customs! American Airlines knew passengers had to make connecting flights and still chose not to hold the plane? I missed Flight 2758 from CLT to DCA for that reason. Waiting three more hours for the next - Flight 1269 from CLT to DCA. Once again another delay at the last possible minute before boarding due to the plane going out of service/maintenance. Once the new plane boarded, we sat on the tarmac for 40min. I did not arrive to DCA until 12:33am. I spent over 12hours at the airport and I plan to never fly American Airlines again.

Having issues traveling with AA for last two years, became a huge gamble

The flight from Guadalajara to Dallas had mechanical issues, and was delayed every half hour for 4 hours until we were told to rebook. As it was during the busy holiday break, most flights were fully booked and travel that day was unavailable. The only saving grace for American Airlines was their ticketing staff that maintained their composure and did their best to accommodate all the disappointed and frustrated passengers.

Delayed several times. Flight was to arrive at midnight and it arrive at 3 am. A 3 hour delay is already bad but one that has you arriving in the wee hour is just disruptive and overall unacceptable. The complete lack of restitution is a joke in keeping with Spirit’s reputation of ranking bottom-low in the pecking order.

Its so random that they only allow 40 pounds on checked bags when all airlines take 55. They then charge you for each 10 extra pounds, so my checked suitcase was $130 and the flight $30 ... its like whattt, im for sure not traveling with Spirit again

Bad weather is one thing but repeatedly changing gates AND terminals after several hours of delays was horrible. Additionally after the long delays, gate agents were delaying us evening further by being overly picky with personal item bag sizes. Get a grip.

Unfortunately not great, my flight was canceled with no notice given. I attempted to reach out to spirit airlines and have yet to receive any correspondence. I then had to book a new flight at two times the cost of the original.

Flight left very close to original projected time. Plane was literally brand new & this was its 2nd flight. Seats were alittle uncomfortable (I'm 5'11 * 175lbs and was alittle cramped, & brand new seats had little cushion). Food options were good. Main thing was flight took off & landed on time.

Only inflight purchases for food and water. Nothing comes with ticket price. Have to purchase bags, food...

nothing is good if the flight is delayed 5 hours.... I missed the other flight... disaster

Got great seats without paying for them and only 2 people in our row. Flight landed 45 minutes early.

No entertainment. No food given out but junk food for sale.. Great staff onboard and flight was thankfully quick and event free.

I liked getting off the plane. Everything else was well below standards. Not even offering a bag of peanuts for free for a 4 hours flight is ridiculous.

They didn’t bother to restock the plane before we left, so most items on the menu were not available.

The only issues had were outside of Frontier’s control or weren’t expected. It was a two hour flight they completed fast. We landed almost an hour ahead of schedule. The issues with no entertainment or food weren’t issues since there was no expectations. The issue of the loud or crying babies was outside of frontiers control.

The experience was terrible. The flight boarded late, then after leaving the gate the plane had had to return to the gate for fuel. After 2 hours on the plane, the flight was canceled. The reasons given for the cancelation didn't sound truthful. and different reasons were given. My 15 year old daughter was flying alone on this flight. When they all disembarked the plane she kept asking the crew what she was supposed to do. No one even gave her the courtesy of a response. No one. It took another 4.75 hrs to be out of customs and baggage. She was re-booked the following day. That flight departed 2 hours late. After all of that, they offered a measly $100 flight voucher with an expiry date of 3 months! All in all a terrible experience. We won't be using Frontier again in the future.

I was scheduled for heart Surgery. Frontier Airlines does not have live phone support everything is thru chat. During my chat I guess I was asking too many questions, and the rep disconnected our session with a "Thank you for choosing Frontier Airlines. I quickly responded for a second time that I was not finished, and he disconnected. All he was capable of was to copy and paste from a script and the website. Never again with the budget airlines. I'll pay one or two hundred dollars more to get better service and experience. Our Taxi driver told us we made a mistake with them He had a client that had his flight canceled 3x and he rented a car and drove back home. Many stories like this if you do a search online.

There was an extra, unaccounted for passenger on the plane that delayed take off by 1.5 hours (which we boarded for 0.5 hours later than scheduled), ultimately was never found nor removed, then the plane diverted a storm and added another 0.5 hours to the flight, turning this 3.5 hour flight into a 6 hour flight.

Delayed over 2 hours on the way there, and back, no free drinks, no free water, no Wifi, bathroom dirty!
