All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.

The crew was nice but the people going to Orange County are so entitled. Everyone thinks everything is suppose for be perfect for them. Tough crowd.

Both flights were fine. I wish there was a little more legroom, but we got to where we needed to be on time, the crew did their job, and that’s really all that matters. We’ll fly United again.

Unfortunately our flight was delayed by 45 minutes due to Kate arriving aircraft. Once we stated everything was great.

For a 17 hour flight, they kept us well feed. The music selection could be better curated. The entertainment selection was about what is expected. The crew was fantastic.

Every experience was good except for the lack of comfort in those economy seats. I never had knee pain until that flight. Those seats are uncomfortable.

It was ok until we got to DC and I wanted to use my United Club pass and the snobbish receptionist said that they don’t take one pass. It took me everything itch of patience not to tell her off

For some strange reason I was put in zone 5 for boarding even though I had paid premium price for a premium seat right behind business class. This must have been a flaw because everyone else around me in the same zone (row) had been placed in zone 3.

Small plane (and thus a bumpy ride), small seats (and a large man next to me), absolutely terrible wifi, and no food options to speak of.

I bought internet for the flight. Don’t waste your money. I wasn’t able to download a 1 Mb file from Google Docs during a 3-4 hr period. You can only use WhatsApp and email if you are willing to wait.

I think the seats on some of their planes are uncomfortable. You can be ok on a short flight of two hours but no more than that. The delays, and also the refreshments on the plane were not enough.

The food has never improved. It will never improve. But when I'm boarding a flight in priority boarding and I've spent 10 hours inside the security area of the airport and I get "randomly" selected for additional screening as I board the plane when the flight has already been delayed, and I work as a military contractor that has been issued visas direct from JMOD, I find it ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone to use AA on international flights. JAL is a better airline with older planes. The flight attendants on international hauls on American also have a chip on their shoulder and really dont deliver the same level of service code share partners do.

Ac was broken so we deplaned, waited 2 hours, taxiing for takeoff they said the plane would not fly so we went back to the gate and got a new plane which took another hour. In all a 4 hour delay for an 80 min flight.

The flight was excellent, provided that we had inclement weather. We departed earlier than scheduled and arrived early. There was a little turbulence, but nothing to be worried about.

It was less than what is expected for a business class ticket I thought that the staff actively ignored me because I either looked Indian or Hispanic to them and I guess I did not deserve their attention. The food which included a beef entree was not available so not enough food was ordered for number of seats available. I will say experience in Greenwich lounge was very good and the staff there at the airport were very nice. May be your crew needs to learn about racial equity so that everyone gets either the same aweful treatment or hopefully the best treatment which is what we expect I recommend you take a flight with Singapore airlines that I have taken and the crew remember your last names and use it to address each person, food never finishes if you are at the back of business class and crew anticipate your need even before you articulate. Same price and 100 times better service than American Airlines

Terrible, oxygen masks were deployed mid-flight. We returned to airport. Took additional 12 hours to get home.

We were delayed bc ground crew gave the flight crew the wrong paperwork. We taxiied to the runway then back to the gate to get the correct paperwork that no one bothered reviewing the first time we pushed back. Boarding was rude and stressful like it always is. Gate agents and flight attendants are all over 55 years of age, embittered by years of underpayment From AA leading to their passive agressive bitchiness for no reason.

Boarding time was easy & quick. Crew was excellent. In-flight entertainment was great/easy. Seats are too small and not enough room between rows: felt like a sardine/very cramped.

Ground crew forced me to double pay for infant international charges, when I complained about this and told them, with proof, I already paid they threaten to not allow me on the plane because I was “being rude”. Horrible ground management, horrible airline.

Flights are great except for the ticketing service on the terminal.. Too little employees taking care for lots of flights.

Crew was very professional and friendly. An A for customer service. Had to wait over forty minutes at the carousel each leg for my luggage. After landing in Atlanta it seems they lost our luggage so we had to wait, very tired and hungry. Mothers were on the flight with months old babies sitting in the airport floor waiting. A very bad experience for my first use of the airline. Had it not being for the horrible carousel incident, it would have been pleasant. Comfort was okay, got what I paid for. You have to pay for everything. Looking forward to the cost to use the restroom next.

A solid 5 stars. Could it have been better? Not for that price!! The crew was well humored and kind. The process was easy and efficient. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

I was penalized for a mistake made by your team

It would have been no e to have the option of a mid day flight and not super early or super late in the day.

Flight was late taking off. I think the crew and pilots did a good job. It definitely worked for me. I would fly spirit again thank you.

Changing flights days after confirming an itenerary and moving a connecting flight to the next day which resulted in the layover extending from 2hrs to 10 hrs was a great inconvienience and burden to passenger

Spirit changed Gates 2 times and departure time once without on time information

The flight experience was terrible. Extra bag charges were exorbitant, and the customer service was incredibly poor. Flight attendants were rude and unhelpful. Post-flight, we endured a one-hour wait for our luggage, only to find our bags severely damaged. Overall, a highly disappointing experience with Spirit Airlines. Not recommended.

There was no guidance or coordination. Unorganized staff and very unprofessional

Flight was OK. Seats were good no cell phone charges on the plane no TVs or entertainment.

I am HIGHLY unhappy with the amount of money I spent on the flight. Paid in advance only to find the flight at a discount price a week or so before the flight. I will not fly frontier again and have bad mouthed your business since to anyone I have spoken with about flying (which has been many a people). Crew was mediocre and instead of moving me to a spot where I could gain some leg room they sat their flight attendant there. Won’t be flying frontier in the future.

The check in at the airport was awful. Told I need to pay for a bag. The item was taken at screening. I went back to get my $ back and they gave me a coupon with a QR code that doesn’t work. Worst costumer service ever!!!!!

Good - Leg spar, cleanliness, and on time performance. Bad - No snacks and entertainment.

Frontier is an absolute disaster in Costa Rica! After changing the schedule to 2 hours later I was forced to lucky to purchase 2 connecting trips to get home at great expense. Also when I got to the SJ airport, I was forced to stand in the terminal (no seating) for 1-1/2 hours waiting for the Frontier counter to open instead of being able to get my boarding pass so I could relax in the Amex lounge and do work waiting for my flight. Further, when I left Denver on the first leg of the trip to SJ, we were 1-1/4 hours late leaving “because a flight attendant needed paperwork. This also caused a double connecting purchase to get to my family in CR for Christmas Day. Remind me not to use Frontier for my upcoming CR return flight. So sorry to be so honest but I sometimes wonder if anyone is listening or if they understand the damage they cause by some accounting or logistical reasons for a schedule change, Thanks Steve

late late late late no accountability no refund no adjustment no reasonable solution

I was scheduled for heart Surgery. Frontier Airlines does not have live phone support everything is thru chat. During my chat I guess I was asking too many questions, and the rep disconnected our session with a "Thank you for choosing Frontier Airlines. I quickly responded for a second time that I was not finished, and he disconnected. All he was capable of was to copy and paste from a script and the website. Never again with the budget airlines. I'll pay one or two hundred dollars more to get better service and experience. Our Taxi driver told us we made a mistake with them He had a client that had his flight canceled 3x and he rented a car and drove back home. Many stories like this if you do a search online.

4 hour delay. No updates or apology from staff. Uncomfortable seats, wonky bad restrictions and up charges, really terrible experience and will never fly frontier again.

My husband didn't get boarded on this flight. He was asked to pay $50 extra by the Frontier staff to get two boarding passes for check-in at the Las Vegas airport. He refused to pay this extra $50 charge and tried to do check-in online by himself but it seemed to be late with only 7 mins left. It ended up that my daughter and my husband missed the 7-minute time window. They had to take the next non-direct flight which took more than 12 hours from Las Vegas to San Francisco, a very poor experience for them.
