Overall, very uneventful and pleasant experience. Most importantly, no delays.

Not very comfortable seated in the back plane due to turbulence

We were seated at the back and that was very uncomfortable for me with the turbulence we experienced on our way to Chicago.

Ford not that great the seat not to big for leg room like other airline

Crew was ok, but some passengers were a bit rude. Again, all outlets were not working, only the really slow charging usb plug on the entertainment system. Entertainment system was also bugged, some features just crash, the touch screen wasn't working and when trying to watch a movie the onscreen display kept flashing off and on making it very difficult to watch.

not too bad but not too great either. Service on all airlines declined ever since covid. Your Delta Stewardess are not that friendly at all. :-(

I like your stewardess, they are nice. However, your food could have been better and wheres your dessert? You do not offer beer or scotch. I do not drink alcohol biut my husband can have one or two, he has to ask if he can have one. during dinner or lunch, it should be offerred. Also, you do not have the most famous drinks ginger ale

lunch was good; breakfast was kinda meh cabin temprature was way too high new entertainment system but somewhat limited content

The type of the food requested (Asian vegetarian) was not properly met with. They have very limited snack items that may compensate for the main meals.

Poor food on board, but seats are too small and uncomfortable

Pleasant crew. Very long flight, a bit uncomfortable at times being seated, but not too bad.

1. The entrance to boarding gate G5 (which is at a lower level) is from the walkway (which is at the upper level). That entrance was locked and there was no place for hundreds of people to sit at the upper level, for a long time as the flight was 45 minutes late. 2. The choice of movies on board was extermely limited and poor. 3. The staff was unhelpful and faked politeness.

No ice for the drinks. Only gave a half a cup of your beverage. Not enough water. I got very dehydrated.

Fast boarding process. Flight was expected for a long haul economy flight

The flight went well. Everything good. Boarding. Meal service. Snack (crackers) & Drinks. (Could do with more selection like a sandwich). The seats did not have the annoying footrests (that dig into your shins when you stretch out your legs.). Entertainment was good as I watch 4 movies. Screens were bight (adjustable) but could do with privacy filters on them to prevent light from the passenger next to you shining in your face. They need to have milk for hot black tea though as coffee creamer just never makes tea taste nice.

Very good , the weather was terrible, but i admired the professionality and politeness and care from the crew, and the excellent contition of the plane

My flight to Los Angeles was canceled Had to book another flight and you charged me extra $500 Very bad experience

Comfort was left wanting due to such a long flight, made the wife and I wish we could upgrade the seats to Business class or First Class, but did not have that option. Food was good but had very limited options and I have a dietary restriction which was difficult for the staff to accommodate since everything provided came with cheese on it. (Cheese could potentially kill me) Did not have an option to inform the staff until we were already in the air about the restriction and was not provided another option before flight departed.

The plane was uncomfortable. I paid extra for more legroom but the seat was still uncomfortable. Other seats on the same exact row didn’t have to pay extra but still have extra legroom. I didn’t understand why I needed to pay $170 for. It was Iike China airline just wants to make money off their passengers. It was unfair.

It felt like a new plane. Decent leg room in economy, food was fine, and the plane didn’t feel super dry and uncomfortable.

Better training to have qualified crews and services. My flight was from around 12 midnight Friday Taipei to Vancouver. After two hours first meal (2:00 Am -8:00 ) no crew available for even asking for some water. I was even willing to pay for water. For breakfast after 8 hours the only drink was tea and coffee no water or juice.

3 of the 4 flights had delays despite the weather being fine, but still managed to make all connections

Ask flight attendant for water during flight and she was a little rude get the water.

Baggage made it successfully to destination despite short layover. Appreciate that.

Staff were good and nice. There should me 3 meals instead of only 2 and snacks.
