Great ! The counter staffs in Boston helped me to wrap my broken luggage with a plastic bag to prevent my stuffs falling out.
I arrived at 7:15 for an 8:30am flight. The winds in Burbank were keeping all flights down for the morning. What ensued next was absolute chaos, poor communication and chaos. I had booked a flight last minute because my boyfriends father was dying and o needed to be there immediately. There was absolutely no consideration for communication about what was happening with our flight after there was discovered to be a mechanical error. There was no mention that vouchers had been sent by email For food and I ended up wasting money on my lunch that was horrible. I literally bought the food when I had been emailed about a voucher. . I sat there now at 1:45 and tried to get some answers because the time was ticking. Your lady was so helpful and rushed me to get a flight out of United. I showed up to sfo 6+ hours late and was able to say goodbye to his father. But it was just a horribly communicated day. Please do better
Both of my flights were delayed. This is the 2nd week in a row that Alaska has been delayed. Not a great experience.

Flight was very dirty. The magazine was a dirty mess. When asked for a replacement it never came. Poor quality flight attendants.
Bad. The fight was late and they gave a ridiculous $12 stipend. Better give something or nothing. $12 is ridiculous.
Alaska seems to be pretty no frills: no real snack even for a 7 hr flight, no TV screens, and cramped seating. But the price was right and staff was good.
Great experience overall. Check in at Austin was congested as they only have about 6 check in kiosks, one was broken, and there was a lot of Spring Break travelers.
Bag drop off was slow and annoying. Only 2 agents at the entire delta desk, and no one directing traffic for what line to be in, many confused people slowed down the process. Boarding was fine. Seats in Delta comfort plus were fine. Snacks were great! Definitely a bonus. The entertainment system was awful — old, slow, not responsive, and completely unable to play games due to some kind of error. But on the other hand, thank you to Delta for the free WiFi. That made it better.
Everything was very good other than I had selected a specific seat when I booked the flight and they changed it once I checked-in the day before my flight. I was still in first class but lost my aisle seat for a window seat. Being tall, the aisle offers more comfort so I always select an aisle seat.
Flight diverted in SD. Later take off in Seattle by 1.3hrs
Crew was not friendly when I went to request a seat change.

The boarding process was terrible especially with an indirect flight Chicago to Seattle to San Diego was terrible talking about we overbooked a flight idk if I’d take this airline ever again we got off our flight from Chicago to Seattle and we traveled for business and they told us our connecting flight was over booked and their was no seats asking people to take a delayed next flight and they don’t tell anyone coughing to wear masks seats 30A-B were terrible during the flight no one wants to sit next to people coughing all around I don’t want to be sick traveling for work or get sick anytime it’s very upsetting the staff doesn’t take this stuff serious to tell them to wear masks when they see people coughing and sneezing
Crew was great. However the seat I had would not recline and stay put. It would spring back to upright. Hopefully they can check the seats and maintain them. Otherwise the plane is clean and the crew is very friendly.
Boarding in Seattle is always a mess. Sat in Deltas new domestic first class cabin. Everything was great except I found the seat cushion to be fairly uncomfortable. I’m a bigger guy so take that into mind (6’2” / 300 lbs.). Crew was meh.
Plane felt so crowded and tightly packed. The chair itself was not comfortable.
This time my flight was smooth and uneventful. They started boarding even earlier than it was scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you!

Gate changes 30 minutes before boarding was a real inconvenience. Especially since it was from Terminal A to C. This is the second time this has happened on our trips within a month of each other
On our return trip we were able to get on an earlier flight. American airlines made it so easy to do & at no cost!
I got overhead space as I was worried since I was in the second to last boarding group. More snacks and options for my 5 plus hours flight.
Same old entertainments from month ago from my first trip to Bangkok. Very small choices to choose to be entertained for a 10 hour flight. The crews still inattentive and the food was still lousy. I think they might as well hire robots to do the services during the flight. My flight over was not any better. The plane seems old
Missed my second flight because the first one was 1.5 hours delayed. Two hours on the plane and we all had to change the plane. Absolutely horrible experience. Never flying American Airlines again
It was fine. I didn't love the food but it was at least a real attempt at serving a meal, unlike my earlier flight from Nashville to Dallas.
Its so random that they only allow 40 pounds on checked bags when all airlines take 55. They then charge you for each 10 extra pounds, so my checked suitcase was $130 and the flight $30 ... its like whattt, im for sure not traveling with Spirit again
Cancelled my flight last minute and had to end up driving to Texas from Atlanta last minute. I’m going to miss another day of work, drive back to Atlanta , in my own car and spirit doesn’t want to refund the money. First time I tried flying anyone else but delta and I get ripped off . And I had. To pay for seats for a flight that didn’t happen. Usually you could say you get what you pay for but in this case, didn’t get anything and paid for everything never flying spirit again, or even attempting it or thinking about it.

Bad weather is one thing but repeatedly changing gates AND terminals after several hours of delays was horrible. Additionally after the long delays, gate agents were delaying us evening further by being overly picky with personal item bag sizes. Get a grip.
My experience was better than expected. What I did find not so great was the seats. Very little room, they did not recline and the tray table was the size of a post card. There was no food to try, just standard snacks that you had to pay for and I don’t know of any entertainment. I would fly again even though everything was an upcharge. Flight was on time with little disturbance

Can’t ask much for the price, it’s basically the Walmart of the airlines. It’s really not that bad as far as plane or crew but about 2% of people that board the plane in your everyday you would normally avoid but for the duration of the flight you got to coexist.
Better quality seats - basically buckets like on a public bus... nowhere to put bottled water as they bungey straps, the tables didn't lock so the child behind me flipped and flipped the table the whole flight...🤦🏼♀️
They didn't lose my bags, everyone was friendly, and we departed almost an hour late but landed only 25 min late. It was all fine.
The check in at the airport was awful. Told I need to pay for a bag. The item was taken at screening. I went back to get my $ back and they gave me a coupon with a QR code that doesn’t work. Worst costumer service ever!!!!!

I had to cancel within 1hour of the reservation an they put you through hell to . no live customer service desk. I'm handy caped and they make it almost impossible to cancel. They are steeling my money. You should not have that airline on your site. Contact me and I will give you all info. Of what the are doing to me just notable treatment they are set up like that to take people
I was singled out for being a Latina flying solo and the attendants took me out of line to put my luggage in the personal item bin to see if it would fly. Keep In mind I had just flown with the same luggage with no problem not even 5 days ago. The tag was sticking out a bit and the attendant was belligerent about charging me $100. I could not refuse because I didn’t wanna cause a scene. But today I felt targeted and embarrassed. I went online and found out that this happens a lot with this airline and to many minority women.

My husband didn't get boarded on this flight. He was asked to pay $50 extra by the Frontier staff to get two boarding passes for check-in at the Las Vegas airport. He refused to pay this extra $50 charge and tried to do check-in online by himself but it seemed to be late with only 7 mins left. It ended up that my daughter and my husband missed the 7-minute time window. They had to take the next non-direct flight which took more than 12 hours from Las Vegas to San Francisco, a very poor experience for them.
Frontier is a no-frills airlines were the focus is low cost. You get basic service so don't set your expectations high. Watch out thought because this airline, like a few others, will try to nickel and dime you.
