A 16 hour flight from Singapore to Los Angeles had only 2 meals. It would be great to have 3 meals.

Overall good experience, convenient Changi Airport, even the layover was long.

Good airlines, travelled 🧳 n Singapore multiple times and experience is consistent

Singapore Airlines from Mumbai was late, we were rerouted to Copenhagen and then to Los Angeles. As senior citizens, we should have been given a hotel voucher for a night and fly out the next day. I hope Singapore Airlines should give us a credit in good faith if they want us to fly with them. I doubt it, but you never know.

I had to change a flight date and it cost me $800.00 dollars. In the past, if there was room on the flight(which there was), Singapore Airlines simply re-booked me. This might have occurred because the office in Bali where I could interface with a human face to face is now closed since COVID. I naively figured the ability to change my flight into my decision to go with Singapore Airlines as it does cost a bit more. I will still fly on them as they are superior to the other carriers by a fairly large margin, especially for my needs.

I was traveling with my 3 minor children, one leg I was seated two aisles behind them. On the longest leg I would have preferred sitting across the aisle from them, not behind. My youngest is 4yos. I understand airplane seating configurations are not the airlines problem but seating the one adult with a reservation apart from the minors was very difficult.

Awesome! Was impressed with the hospitality and the thoughtful services. The cabin attendants were superb.

Crews are not allowed to perform any service whenever the captain deems there’s a chance of turbulence. Even if it is perfectly smooth air.

Crews were great but food not much selection just all tailored for Asian passengers.

There wore nice leather like sits, in my opinion seats lay out bit tight . Crew was great they did averything possible to make averywone comfortable as possible, food was, think worst I ever head on flight, head chicken and yellow rice. Ice cream was a nic treat.

Our previous flight was delayed but they waited for us to board.

Flight was delayed, short time connection to next flight but we make it, service was good, worth to fly just to try thair on board blueberry juce. Eccelent communication with airline.

My American Airlines flight was deleted and you guys never let me know

The entertainment system did not work. And we waited 45 minutes in our seats after we landed before we got to the gate

Our connecting flight was cancelled and it took us 15 hours to reach our destination.

This has been the worst experiencia I have had traveling overall. More than 3 delays, no one answering questions, no one at the AA counter. No one at customer service and after having to change transportation to airport and spend the night at a hotel paid by me, we were delayed inside of aircraft for more than 2 hours!!! Bad experience!!!

Wow! Wonderfully designed, super comfortable, spacious business seats. The food was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. A fabulous experience!

The new Finnair business class is superb! The design is wonderfully innovative and ridiculously comfortable. There is more seat space to lounge and sleep than the usual business class seat. The staff were amazingly attentive and the food was great (hard to say about most airline food!). There was limited toiletries (most of which I don’t use anyway) and no pyjamas for this flight. Everything else was next level. A fabulous experience!

Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.

Everything was great, except for food. It was not good. I think I got a food poisoning from the salad.

Not much that I liked. The seating and Space between the seats was very bad for long flights.. very bad for such a prestigious Airline.

Bad, my family luggage. did not make t with us. Now my family’s arrived but not mine. No contact from the company or emails acknowledging the problem. Still not even where it is.

I have been traveling with visa for 25 years and this was the first time when we find out in Miami that my children’s connecting flight were overbooked and been canceled by Swissair from Zürich to Budapest. The results of that they re booked us at the Miami airport. The new route was Miami to Zürich ,Zürich to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Budapest. We had over six hours layover in Zürich and arrived to Budapest nine hours later. There should never be in a situation where a ticket that I purchased over 7 months ago was sold to somebody else and instead of removing those two people we had to do this journey, I’m contacting customer support and requesting a refund shortly.

So disappointed, the flight from Zurich to Sarajevo was delayed for two hours for no reason, they were also shifting gate several times prior taking off

Really crammed in economy. Didn’t end up getting the seats we were hoping for. Didn’t eat any food so can’t comment on that.

It was great! Friendly crew. Good food and service. Great snacks. But one of our luggage did not come to Chicago. Stood at carrousel until the end waiting for our bag and it wasn’t there. Then we had to rush very fast to catch our connecting flight to Cleveland and almost missed it

The only problem is, we arrived in Miami with no luggage. We waited an hour and 20 minutes at the carousel. There was no one to tell us that all the luggage had come out. There were many people in the same disposition. They say 20% of the luggage never arrived in Miami.

Well... Our flight departed with more than 3 hours delay from Beauvais.

When having difficulty with the online check in process, I was forced to pay a huge fee for the check in desk to assist me with getting a boarding pass. Ridiculous!

Boarding was with buses, but they let people without priority boarding before people with priority boadring.

Would be better if there is phone charging ports available

we were boarded AND only after the boarding process was finished we were announced there is going to be a delay of one hour.

Keep track of your departure times and communicate in Airport. I could have spend an hour more in my lounge

More chaos than usual at NAP (which is always a bit chaotic). Flight delayed for over 40 minutes. At boarding, passengers were brought through the gate then made to stand for about 1/2 hour in a holding area before being allowed to board. Rest of the flight/baggage claim was uneventful.

Would have been a very good flight, but busses did not meet the plane at the destination airport (NAP/Naples) for nearly one-half hour after landing. Clearly the airport concessionaire’s fault, not RyanAir’s.

Everything was OK but I got the feeling that the aisle seat in row 3 is smaller than the other 2 seats

Didn’t like anything about it we were delayed by 3 hours and sat on the plane when leaving Dublin. On the way back to Dublin we were kept in the plane on tarmac for 4.5 hours. This airline is a joke!

Not the best overall, had challenges during boarding due to the weight of my carry-on (over 8 kilos). Interesting enough they don't check all carry-on bags. It was very stressful as Discover worker kept insisting, I had to check my bag. I finally was able to get an exception to keep my carry-on, however, I felt racially discriminated and embarrassed by this. The flight did not have WIFI access and the timing to connect between flights is not enough. As the flight leaving Philadelphia to Frankfurt was delayed, I had about an hour to make my connection. I had to run and ask people to let me go first during immigration and security so I could then barely make it to my next flight, and it was the same process on the way back. It was a disappointed experience overall.

Paid for aisle seat and got a middle seat in back. One of the more uncomfortable flights I have been on. Impossible to get a refund.

Seats did not have enough legroom. Reclined seat in front meant very little room to move. Tablet for movies was difficult to tap on. Food was excellent. Staff excellent.

Delayed flight with no explanations; no jetway boarding so we had to stand on the tarmac in the cold rain. Baggage was lost.

This flight went smoothly and the economy plus free upgrade worked very well.

Problems checking in. Charged for bag which was to be included. Repeated trials with in line check in process

The hot towels before the second meal was an unexpected surprise. The crew was attentive and personable, and that’s a lot on a nine hour flight. And the hot pretzels were a kind of “auf wiedersehn “ to Germany.

SEA to Munich flight was turbulent and you could hear rattling in the plane. The food was TERRIBLE, return flight was better. We will not fly Lufthansa in the future.

I had to fly United where the flight crew was atrocious

Sitting in a hotel in Chicago because I was rebooked due to a missed connection. Very frustrating.
