Surprisingly easy! I was hesitant to try this, but the cost swayed me. I actually felt like I had less stress than all the taxiing and possible delays that occur with short regional flights where you spend less time in the air than getting to and from the plane..

It was okay, no wifi or entertainment real disappointment. Staff onboard not very friendly.

It was fine. Flight was on time and arrived at destination with 15 min to spare.

The food that was offered based on class level of your ticket was absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. They didn't even hot tea to serve, the food was horrible. On our departure flight I was seated in premium plus economy and considering the cost of the flight the food was literally some of the worst I've ever eaten. On the return flight I sat in economy with extra leg room and was given a thin little throw "blanket" and a flimsy little pillow. The air condition was on artic and the seating arrangement wasn't really worth the money. The seat didn't recline good enough and the foot rest was laughable. Total waste.

Generally good but there wasn’t any staff available when my luggage didn’t appear at baggage claim in Fresno. It took about half an hour to locate a staff member to open up the room where it was being kept.

The flight was delayed due to weather issue…WiFi did not work and even though I wanted to pay for WiFi I couldn’t buy it. Overall very disappointing even though I paid and reserved Business class

United business class just sucks. There’s no reason to go business class with United. This time there were no screens. Boarding is ridiculous, always. The pull-out table was broken. The female crew members were very nice. The male crew member liked to listen to himself talk on the intercom. And gives his stupid comments on almost anything.

We waited to takeoff for about 1 hour delay for a 20 min flight.

Packed in like sardines, very uncomfortable. Sitting the aisle my shoulder was rammed into numerous times by rushing flight attendants. Also flight was very cold.

Your app is impossible to use. I couldn't load it. Then i couldn't open it. When i finally got both those things done -with much help -then i couldn't open the app to install a credit card. The upshot was 4 flights without access to food or drink. When i first tried to download united app some company called starlier opened instead and i would up signing up for some 49 dollar a month music service which i still have not been able to cancel.

Seriously, not displaying departure gate until very last minute is awful. Specially when you have to take an elevator and then transport to go to the sub-terminal. That’s awful in such a busy airport as Heathrow. And I cannot choose seat on this flight because it’s run by British Airways, even entering locator code.

Somehow I got “offloaded” even though I had my boarding pass and was in transit Food is horrible Staff were nice and cheerful No headphones were provided on 11 hours flight

The staff were very helpful with lots of refreshments on offer. The toilets were clean. The seats were comfortable and entertainment was good. No complaints, it was excellent.

The main flight was OK but the second flight was chaotic with delays

amazing! they were so kind and allowed us to sit on empty seats so we could stretch our legs and sleep good. Food is amazing as well plus dessert in the middle of the flight!

Overall it was good but not great. The aircraft was an old and seats didn’t recline in business class unless you kept playing around with it.

No nice at all, delayed and I lost the connection over xmas

Food was terrible. Flight attendants OK. Only saw them at food service. Other than that they paid no attention to the passengers at all.

On time flight , great service from crew , comfortable and enjoyable

The plane was subbed for another last minute, the gate was changed last minute. Could live with that but we boarded and there was a delay which totaled an hour in the end. There was a technical issue which meant wheels needed to remain out for ten mins after take off. My USB phone charger was broken as was the headphone jack which meant I could t enjoy the IFE and could use my phone after a few hours. Even the map function on the plane failed to work after a few hours.

Iberia subcontracted the flight out to Level (?). I would never fly Iberia/Level ever again. Old planes with no tv’s or wifi. Barely edible food. Small seats. 10/10 don’t recommend.

I paid for premium economy but BA oversold the seats and we ended up being downgraded. Not acceptable given how much we paid for the flight. We were also separated to 2 different areas so not only did we not get the service we paid for, we didn’t even get to sit together. I’m not happy at this treatment by BA because of corporate greed.

Original flight was cancelled - After waiting 2 hours for new take-off times. Then had to stand in line for 3 hours, ending at 2:30 am - to be told, " No hotel rooms anywhere in Dallas". No way for me to get any rest at DFW at that time of night.

Flight was an Iberia Flight on Level but seemed to be outsourced to a 3rd airline - Wamos. Seating pattern was different than when booked, we waited on the JETBRIDGE for 45 minutes to board, food was terrible. Movie options were limited to about 20 and very old, TV shows was limited to about 15 and equally as old. Staff was fine but definitely the "b-team". Landed about 60 minutes early and waited on the runway for 45 minutes - despite that Logan Airport in Boston recently added new gates. Mediocre experience at best.

Improve food options. Do not charge so much for checked bags. As some who paid 990 EUR fir the round trip international flight it is horrendous to pay another 140 for 1 checked bag.

My luggage never arrived in Miami; still waiting a day later.

good service from crew. Before the would have an option between cookies or nuts as snacks.. Now, there are only cookies. too bad. People who can not have sugar don't have a choice.

Service and food are good. However, main cabin with the extra cost one pays could be better. I don't see any difference with the rest of the seats in the regular category. The seats are too close to the ones in front. For short flights it is Ok, but for long ones there should be more space.

As with every airline the seats are not built for tall people.

Fast check in, easy to navigate, crew were very good, the plane was delayed due to a previous flight and I found the cleanliness a little lacking but overall it was fine

Horrible flight attendant in back of economy that screamed at me, have already reported to United. Horrible food - for Gluten free, why would you assume the person is vegetarian? I was served some kind of horrible curry bean paste and multiple cold rolls and soggy vegetables with no seasoning... um no!

I was at the airport on time , I checked in my luggage . The plane was delayed and the gate was change. The flight board did not give information . I did not get chance to fly. I am going to make a claim for it

It was a short flight, no real service (which is okay). Very bumpy because of weather.

I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...

Great flight. Left on time, not very crowded. Quiet and the right temperature.

No eye patches , socks given out for overnight flight! The snack on the short haul was a cube of chocolate! The seat was uncomfortable for a long haul - not enough cushioning!

Got auestioned multiple times by gate agents. They ran out of chicken for the first meal. Slept pretty good on it and had good entertainment.

For preselected vegetarian meals, they provided vegan meals which were inedible for kids. The attendant was very rude and said they had no vegetarian options and that 8 days prior flight is not enough time to make changes to selections. Absolutely rude staff

Seats were very small in the economy class foe the high price. Vegetarian food was not good.

I would have preferred something lighter for the second meal. Maybe a small sandwich .

They cancelled our flight the morning of departure at 4:30am.

my original flight was cancelled the previous day, and i was rescheduled onto this flight, which left much earlier in the morning, impacting my previous evening and requiring me to get up much earlier in the morning to get to the airport online. This practice happens way way way too much, and it seems on every airline, though AA is probably the worst.

The crew was very attentive and kept busy serving a variety of treats!

Offered vegetable curry when it was actually tofu which I don’t care for.

Both mine and my husband's chairs were broken. Also it took 2 hours to get our bags after our flight which was wild.

perhaps eye contact with the cabin crew, instead of abruptness and an impatience to serve.

Not enough trash pickups throughout the flight. Everything else was great.

Overall good, the gluten free food is very hit/miss though and you must tell them you have an allergy days in advance.
